Step-by-Step Movements of the Tai Chi 24 Form

Mirror the previous move to the right side.
Left Single Whip (单鞭, Dan Bian)
Transition into a position that resembles the motion of a whip, turning hips and keeping limbs relaxed.
Wave Hands Like Clouds (云手, Yun Shou)
Step sideways while making smooth, gliding arm movements that resemble clouds flowing.
Left Single Whip (单鞭, Dan Bian)
Repeat the motion resembling a whip again to the left.

Bring the right hand down in a striking motion while stepping forward with one foot.
