Onicgames it’s is ok but not the best, wouldn’t recommend it for gaming. It’s a wonderful all round pc but I have to say it does the job and more for a student for me

I've been using the same pc for more than 3 years, cleaned the screen once in a while, and now I have an almost completely immaculate screen except from a tiny dent. Affected like 18 pixels (it's 1920 X 1080). Edit: Screen has like 2 scratches, but I don’t care, I also put a 970 EVO plus in it as the hard drive was starting to drive me nuts as a boot drive but I kept that in because it was good enough to store stuff and I could have both in it at the same time. Thinking about adding an extra 8GB RAM stick to max the thing out and also to replace the thermal paste.
Couldn't believe the RF dongle was INSIDE THE MOUSE. very clever I guess, but there was absolutely no clue in the packaging that that was where it was. Me and the missus were basically talking into the keyboard to get it working like a pair of donkeys

My old mouse is perfect so am using my old keyboard and mouse. I think it will take a short time to get used to this computer but I think it's a later version of yours and it has a built-in web cam. My biggest gripe is the lack of a CD drive which means that I can't install my MS Office which I bought a few years ago. I will need to buy MS 365 at some point, so not impressed with that. Should there be a dongle for the keyboard as well?
If it came with mouse and keyboard then you should have a dongle for both, you may only have one which talk to both. Send me the make and model number and i find out for you.

this indicates a failure in the motherboard, can be caused by damage or corruption throughout the process of use or transport, if this occurs whilst booting up only, it could be a struggle occurring within the coding. if you experience when you first get your PC, i would recommend taking a look inside of the structure or the base where the motherboard and ram cards are held. i have this pc and i am currently using it to write this comment, if you have another keyboard connected other than the one that came with it, it may be for some other generations of pc, for this to not be problem, you can buy one for windows 10. this computer is also a bit of a slow running one, but only if you have the wrong gearing for your computer. if this is the problem, i would reccomend buying another set up to go with your pc as this could damage your pc or even break it.

Pretty well a piece of junk. Have you ever tried to hold keyboard vertically and type only with your thumbs for it to register, even with fresh batteries? The mouse is not much better as I've tried a handful of different mouse pads and still lousy response. Save your money and buy something better when you can afford it.

No😂 especially since the HDD is the main drive and the graphics card is pretty much non existent, you’d be getting zero FPS🤣
