11:47 this is incorrect. You DO NOT need to buy a new copy of Windows. As long as you have an 8gb or larger USB stick with Windows already on it. You can plug it in and install. Be sure that no other devices are plugged in.

Hi, I have one of these, just tried to reload Windows and when I get to the select a drive screen nothing shows, is this normal? Do I need to load a driver first?
