Efneo Upgrade Pt3

This is the rear cassette upgrade for the Bulk. It is anything but strightforward. However, for anyone interested in how to remove and replace the rear wheel and to remove and install a cassette on the Bulk, this video is for you.

Nice job! I think this is one area where the removable tail cone of the WAW would have been greatly appreciated.

Yup! The major advantage to the WAW over many other models is its maintainability. There is a still lots of stuff on a WAW that is harder than a bike, but it is relatively easy compared to other velomobiles, and it uses standard bike parts, like wheels, which the Bulk doe not.

Can't believe you went through all that pain. Definitely not designed for maintenance. One thing I noticed in the background of the Builk maintenance videos is that they have several vehicles upside down.

No. They are not designed for maintenance. However, if one owns a velomobile, they have to be maintained. While I am a bike mechanic, doing these types of upgrades also allow me to learn the best ways of doing maintenance on them.
