    This car is a major step in toyota southeast asia because of its engine. The code for the engine is 1NR-VE for the gasoline and 1NR-VEX for the hybrid. Sounds familiar? Well because it is the same exact engine that veloz and avanza uses. Will there be a veloz hybrid? There will, at least that what the Indonesia's minister of industry said. He said the development of a veloz hybrid has already started at toyota r&d center at toyota Indonesia. So there will be a veloz hybrid in a very near future.

    Thanks to Chinese market japanese automaker amping their game up..which they should have done long time ago they get too comfortable and selling less features when it comes to philippine market..not be negative they need to give philippine market a better engine power but the problem with that is philippine consumer always complain about fuel consumption that shouldnt matter if you know you are buying a car whichever brands, that should be the least to worry it always depends on how you drive not everybody get the same fuel consumption. I would prefer a vehicle with more HP than underpower. Japanese should give philippine market the actual value of their vehicle in the philippines not overprice and underspecs.. nice review always Caco☺️

    It's the dawn of the crossovers. Nothing wrong with it, but sadly it does look like these influx of new crossovers, MPVs and SUVs are a subtle hint on the eventual replacement of hatchbacks and sedans we all knew and loved back in the day. Yes, #titofeels but think about it.

    • @brygs767
      @brygs767 Год назад +9

      The appeal of crossovers vs sedans/hatch is the ground clearance. If our roads were better then sedans are still the more economical choice. MPV/SUV vs sedan/hatch is usually the number of people you can add to the road trip. People going for mpv is most likely to use the 3rd row so they dont go for a 5 seater. SUV are mostly just a status symbol or people who want diesel but can no longer get it in smaller cars.
