    This was a great review. So you would recommend ordering the food in advance?
    I’m looking to fly to Orlando but premium class but this review really helped. Thank you!
    Hope you had a great time in England (where I live).

    Very helpful as we are looking at this exact flight in Sept. MCO to Gatwick. Wasn't sure if we should take it. Great insight about ordering ahead (or perhaps we will fill up beforehand) Our question....could you sleep? For us, this is one middle leg (we have to get to Orlando, then this, then on to the Greek Islands. Love your casual approach (beer in hand). BtW, I listen with earplugs and wished that the audio corresponded to where I see you on the screen (it was the opposite.) Keep up the good work as this review was honest and informative.

      I think sleeping truly depends on the individual. I was able to doze on and off all night and felt pretty good the next day. I did use a neck pillow and an eye mask.I The kids did well sleeping as well. My husband really struggled due to not being able to recline his seat and being sensitive to the noise around the cabin (we did have an unhappy baby who didn't sleep much during the flight).
      And yes! The audio was an issue I didn't realize I could fix until after I had uploaded the video! These are new mics for us and I haven't had much time to mess around with them. I will be sure to fix this for the next video. Thank you for the feedback, it is much appreciated! I hope you have a great flight!

    Question, the new Personal bag Measurement on website was 5 1/2 wide. Was the Orlando sizer for that or old measurements? Thanks

    • @tripswithnic
      @tripswithnic  4 месяца назад +2

      There was a sizer in the queues of both airports but they didn't make us confirm our bags fit in them in Orlando or Gatwick. I'm not sure if that's because Norse is a little more relaxed with the rules or if our bags just looked the appropriate sizes so we didn't need to be checked. I hope that answers your question!

    Sorry, I couldn't pick it up, how much did you pay for your Norse tickets with add-ons?

      No worries! With all fees and taxes, we paid $3,136.94 for the 4 of us!

    Hi! Do they just make you put your personal item in those baggage sizers or do the ticket agents actually measure the bag? I normally use a backpack that's 17 inches tall but their website states it must be 15.5 inches tall. Are they strict about the extra 1.5 inches? Also do they have priority boarding for families?

    • @enjoystraveling
      @enjoystraveling 3 месяца назад +1

      In the video, she said they measure the bags upon check in

    • @tripswithnic
      @tripswithnic  3 месяца назад

      Yes, they do make you put your item in the baggage sizer if they think the item is close to being too large. We didn't get sized personally but saw many people have to prove the size of their bag. It's a bit of a gamble if your bag is on the edge. Hope that helps! :)

    • @tripswithnic
      @tripswithnic  3 месяца назад

      Indeed, I did! ;)

    • @jonelletama6945
      @jonelletama6945 3 месяца назад

      @@enjoystraveling I'm aware of that but she did not specify if they simply make you put it in the baggage sizer (which will be easier to get through if you don't fill your bag all of the way) or if they actually measure it themselves with a tape measure (which means even if your bag is half full they may still charge a fee for simply being 1.5 inches taller). No need to get snarky if you can't even comprehend the specific question that is being asked.

      @@tripswithnic Yes this helps. Do they have priority boarding for families or did you board with everyone else?
