    The boy wants to plead guilty, let him, it's his choice, why should they pay heaps for a useless attorney just because he knows Court procedures, fine him and close the case, simple!!

    • @HitchedBug
      @HitchedBug 3 года назад +1

      That is not the court to plead guilty yet. And when you are appointed an attorney, he is paid by tax dollars not by the defendant

      Too many Court cases are dragged out by attorneys, judges, court officials, that Judge should be sacked anyway, he's not fit to be on the bench, he's done it before, and he'll do it again!!

    If the judge allows him to represent himself without an attorney present, the whole thing can be thrown out on appeal. Judge doing his job. Defendant unaware of the law. Still no reason to go off on him.

    The kid's freedom is on the line and people are more concerned if the judge hurt someone's feelings. Feelings won't hurt nearly as much as this kid's butt if convicted and thrown in jail.

    Its his choice as a defendant. His guardian is there. He can plead guilty and avoid the court appointed lawyer fee. He knows he is guilty and is owning up for it. The judge is wrong. Just throw the book at him judge, or drop the charges. The kid was trying to be responsible
