    I rescued a Malinois I was in Smethwick Birmingham i saw (what i thought was an Alsatian) a group of lads was trying to get her in a van, I called her she jumped straight in the back of my car, they came up to me and said "is this your dog" I said yes, they were travelers. I knew she was special the instant I got back to my garage, she went into protect mode straight away. My college walked up to my car she barked at him. Then she jumped two 6 ft walls to fetch a toy I threw thinking shed run up the stairs!!! Me and my colleagues couldn't believe what she did. The next day there was a post on Facebook about her. I contacted her owner and he came and picked her up.. She was a badass dog man. I will get a Malinois!! She did everything I asked, very playful and just capable!!

    Fully agree on your comment about the handle mate, a lady in my local woods lost a dog after it got swept away downsteam and then drowned after the collar got snagged underwater on a log and that was without a handle!
    On the plus side having the handle on my 3 legged dog's harness makes it easy to get him in and out of the truck

    5:08 when I hear someone use the words "military grade" to talk about the durability of a product, all I can think is "built by the cheapest bidder." In the USA I know that when the military is interested in something that they get whoever is the cheapest to do it. I'm assuming it is that way around the world. I do appreciate the time and effort that the creator out into making this video. I am a little sad that Ray Allen's Ram collar didn't make it into this video. Anyways, keep posting the quality videos brother!

    100% Jtac all day long i only use Jtac now for my working line shep who is 50kg and has alot of power when training i upgraded from the MIA K9 as i was not fully happy with it having the smaller D ring and the thinness of there leads made me not feel as confident in the product i know there was a slim to zero chance of them breaking but needless to say i wanted the upgrade and i will never look back and will be ordering more leads very soon i will say ive had both collars covered in mud and both been in water and they both still function perfect

    I use JTAC K9 for my working dogs, held up lovely against my dog Bob the Knob who's a slovakian shepherd, very little rubbing against the fur and they are to easy to clean, I've got one in every colour and they have been used and abused majorly on site and havent had a single fault in them at all, I use their riot Leads and traffic leads as well. Only collar that stood up against my mali/Herder at 6 months old after she snapped 3 bullybillows collars and a few leather ones.

  • @JamieVauxnut1
    @JamieVauxnut1 2 года назад

    I've got a 20 month old male Boerboel who is around 70kg semi reactive at the moment but coming back round with bite work and some general behavioural training. He's broken 1 tactical collar from Bully Billows and a double ended training training lead. Both items tore in the middle of the webbing not at stitching or buckles, that being said he's also broken a Hermsprenger big dog chain. Currently using bully range but looking to switch to a leather flat collar combined with a prong to be doubley secure. I'm majorly limited by sizing on these collars as my dogs neck is 28-29"

    I have a Ray Allen collar with a Cobra buckle with built in D-ring.
    Yeah, looks cool, kinda weird to actually use. Minor and silly complaint, but when you change the angle you're pulling your leash against the collar, it "pops" around on the D-Ring.

    I bought the Modern Icon because of this video. It's the only one specifically made with serious working dogs in mind. I have a Czech working line GSD that is used as a protection dog and I don't want nor need a handle on the collar that's just waiting to get snagged on something when the dog is running through thick brush or jumping over fences. Any one of these collars are overkill for the average dog.

    Bully Billows will not send their collar too you as it’s an alibaba special item, the Cobra Buckled aren’t the real deal and again offer nothing close to the level of the competition.

      EXACTLY my thoughts. Their collars would have looked embarrassing compared to these ones and they knew it, that's why they didn't send you one. I know of a few that have snapped. Unfortunately, the public don't know any better and they still sell like hot cakes.

    Rouge royalty Australia ,Amin the uk and I only buy from them , there supa tough range is simply the strongest,best quality dog collar in the world with a life time guarantee,triple webbing,double clasp holes , all stainless steel solid af would piss on all of these lol , go check em out and tell me if am wrong?

      Well Rogue Royalty use a polypropylene webbing (like on backpacks), these collars use RATED military spec webbing. That's the difference. You are comparing a £30 collar to a £60 collar. This mil-spec gear aint cheap to buy. HOWEVER... your dog isn't breaking a Rogue Royalty collar or any heavy duty traditional style collar for that matter... mil-spec stuff is a bit excessive for a dog but it's cool to have. The stitching will probably be the first thing to go.

      Geordi d no get your facts right kiddo , rouge royalty (supa tough) collars do not use back pack webbing you idiot , they use military grad 3 ply webbing and it cones with a life time guarantee ,I own 3 of them for my Rottweilers and they certainly don't feel like any back pack thT I have ever owned , I was also in the army a royal signaller so I know what military webbing looks and feels like pal , and the lead clasp and all the holes are made from stainless steel , ,top grade leads with bull clips , go and research the site before trying to preach to me bud,like I said a rouge royalty (supa tough) collar would piss all over these 👍🏻

      Geordi d plus the collar i use is 43£ plus 25£ shipping so that's a 70£ collar not a 30£ collar kiddo,and I have had mine for years with x3 50 kg rotties that can knock a man off his feet and they pull like a train when commanded and the collars are like in new condition ,perfectly strong and no lose stitching or anything like that ,all that I would expect from such a well made collar 👍🏻
