I did it with olive oil and garlic but I put the baby onion and then some Ru Rub chicken was spectacular. Thanks for the tip. The strawberry jam is spectacular
I'm watching this in May and thought that I can't wait for Christmas to make all of these recipes but now I'm thinking that I don't have to wait and I might be having a vegan Christmas dinner in May! everything looks so amazing
Just made this for our christmas eve meal and making it again tommmorow to have with christmas day. absolutely delicious , thanks guys. cavolo nero is my favourite cabbage by far!
You're stripping all the nutrition out by boiling and leaching those compounds like sulfurophane out of the leaves and heat is not a good thing for cruciferous veggies. Choose steaming it and then try it and please don't discard the inner veins, they can be chopped and used as a filler in pies and minced meat. :) I hope you don't mind constructive criticism.

I expect a large amount of people in the comments to say “... why didn’t you just call it kale?”
Yep we could have said Black Kale maybe, but we thought it sounded nicer this way :-)

Next time, turn the music down a bit... thanks
The music is terrible
What can I eat it with as vegan? What should I cook for a more filling dish? Rice? Tofu? 🤔
This is part of our Christmas recipe series! So check out our other Christmas videos 😊
