Cavolo Nero | How to make the PERFECT crispy "seaweed" using kale | VEG HACKS

- This is a quick and tasty approach to black kale, or Cavolo Nero, and tastes just like the crispy seaweed you would find on the menu in a Chinese restaurant or takeaway.
Serve as a snack with an ice cold beer, or as a side to an Asian feast. The sesame seeds are a really nice finishing touch.

Great idea! Love cavalo nero and crispy seaweed and was wondering what to do with the cavalo nero from my Riverford box as the weather has turned warm. This is perfect, thank you! Am interested in ideas for romanesco.

Good presentation - and I tried the recipe. Very unpleasant and indigestible 'greens'. Never again, sorry!
