Thanks Matt - I almost hesitated to request this, because you're a guitarist. But the tapestry of textures and her wonderful voice are very cool. Steven is very good about conveying emotion in his art. My next request will be a barn burner. I hope you're having an excellent week. The masks are off, the birds are singing - It's a great time to roll down the car windows and blast great prog music. Cheers
@@MattFarkas Her music is definitely worth exploring. Very classic rock inspired with middle eastern influences, and great live. Check out her Tiny Desk Concert or Paste Studio sets if you're curious.
Drive Home, Raven That Refused to Sing, Ancestral, Routine, Home Invasion/Regret 9. Steven Wilson has plenty of fantastic songs. I might like his solo stuff even more that Porcupine Tree at times.
If yor're looking to be convinced that SW still has the "edge" you liked in Porcupine Tree, perhaps try Harmony Korine - live in Mexico City - and turn it up!
"I never meant to cause you any sorrow, never meant to cause you any pain... " Sound familiar? ;) Different key and different progression in the chorus, but similar.

It was a great request! Super excited for what you have for me next, Mincent!
Female singer is Ninet Tayeb from Israel. That moment when she lets loose just before the instrumental break.....
She's incredible!

Year 0: God gave us Jesus
Year 1967: God gave us Steven
Very atmospheric, reminds me of Anathema
Ótimo vídeo. Mas você precisa ver uma o solo de uma musica desse show. O nome é ancestral.
