    Idea: Burnish your “crystal” areas with your chosen material. Then, use a marbled mix of opaque resin in your chosen colors as your pour.
    I’ve seen some other channels experiment with that recently. Also, using translucent resin for the crystals, and Resin Crete or an Eco for the stone. Again, with the incomplete mix of the pigments.

    • @miniscenesgb
      @miniscenesgb  9 месяцев назад +2

      That was kinda what I was trying to do with some of them. The marbling is tricky on such a small scale but I must try. I was trying to do different to other channels. I'll keep playing and try that one again :)

      You could arrange them in the bottom of a coaster. Sort of like a nest Then take one of your dragon figurines or something such as and prop it in the middle and fill with resin. I would let the geodes sit above the surface slightly in the coaster. Now you'll have a display as well. Am I making sense?

    The flakes are the best. Gives them texture ❤❤❤❤. One more thing.... you may want to put oil on the high whirring. 😂

    you keep saying "PU". What is a PU?

      Polyurethane. There's more information in the video description

      @@miniscenesgb i should not have to play the 'mind-reading' and 'run around trying to figure it out' game. Using random initials instead of saying what you mean is pretty difficult on other people, asking them to do your work for you.

      @@MaineCoonPride It's not random initials it's the actual name. It's PU resin and in the first few words of the video description and in the video I refer to it as Polyurethane resin. It's even in the video title and in the first 40 seconds of the video. I always use the name in full first in the videos, and in the title and description.

      It widely known in this community what PU stands for, not to mention that she explained it right off. No guessing guessing needed, just listening.

      @@miniscenesgb I agree. It is called polyurethane, but not pu. That is what I am talking about. It is a disingenuous argument to validate the random initials by affirming your own use of the initials..
