I’m always amazed at the amount of pots you have lol. My Hoya has one of the best seats in the house and still refuses to thrive 🤷🏽♀️. I am excited to see yours size up and hopefully bloom 🤞🏽

I boughtmy obovata after seeing yours in another video! Mine is sitting indoors on the window ledge getting direct sun for a few hours. Ive only had mine for almost a year and its working on 6 pedunkles with 2 that are about to open! I definately think that having it in bright light helps!

Most of my obovata are in leca and same as you I get lots of peduncles but don't bloom. Recently, I started using the general hydrophonics flora trio and my inner variegated bloomed twice for me this spring! The regular obovatas are still being stubborn but I do get the large round deep green leaves with the recent regimen..
Omg no way… I’ve been trying to avoid that trio for so long lol (no real reason why 🤣) might wait til spring to switch! But thanks girl 🫶🏽🥰🌿

Love this video 😍 Are those terracotta? Some people advise not to pot Hoya directly in terracotta because their roots GRIP the inside of the pot so it's really hard when repotting.

Another reason why I don’t like potting plants straight into a glass vase or ceramic pot. So hard to get it out without damaging the pots. I just stick with plastic nursery pots with decorative pot outside. Much easier to squeeze it out to repot.
