This is a great winter curry. I used a mix of chunk cut casserole beef and ribs. The slow cook with the bones made a very tasty dish. This would be excellent cooked with Osso Buco (marrow bone) cut beef and could easily be adapted to Slow-cooker or Pressure cooker for fork apart texture. Watch out for the salt. A bit heavy for some, including me. Advise is to use half and top up at the end if you think it's required. It is very difficult to remove salt from 3 kg of beef if you decide it has too much.
I have made this curry 3 times already and for the 4th time today exactly as shown in the video. I live in Hamburg Germany and invited some of my German work mates and each one of them was amazed by the taste too! Please make some more Bangladeshi curry videos!
Live Kalam listed as cumin and jeera, but nevermind! I really enjoyed the video, thanks 👍 Surprised to see the spices not fried in oil, but you are the chef, I’ll try it your way!
MrCurry good point if your cooking in a restaurant you want to cook quickly and get rid of the rawness of spices, but when your slow cooking you can take your time. 🙂
What this shows me is that there is no right way. Some people add the spices. at the beginning. You add the spices halfway through. I'm assuming that so the spices do not cook out. At the end of the day it's a matter of experimentation. It's not like baking a cake. You can do more or less what you want when you're making a curry
Use cut green papaya instead of Aloo ,meat will be more tender and green papaya taste better than Aloo. Green papaya is zero calorie but Aloo calories is more than rice. So green papaya is more suitable for diabetic patients !
Hello can someone please help me❤️ I want to know what cut of meat is that, what is it called specifically, how do I purchase this, where do I go what kind of market? What do I tell the butcher ??
If you can go to a Asian(Pakistani/Bangladeshi) Super Market in your area where they sell beef (halal). You will see they are selling a variety of meat cutting.
Masha Allah beef curry looks amazing delicious mouthwatering very yummy 😋

Hehe, you listed cumin twice in your list of spices!
Really, I didn’t notice.

Meat is meat...😂😂😂😂
ask for stewing beef
Undercut but best is rib wit meat on.
Thank you sir
😋
Which cut of beef would you use Imran?
Good question, we usually get leg of beef.
Live Kalam thanks - is that the upper part of the leg, or the shank (lower leg)? Or maybe it makes no difference,?
beef shin would be my cut of choice
asthenewt thanks 👍
How much salt do you need?
Cutting chillies with a scissor and that also one by one 😂 epic fail
Background music annoying
Hi imran, ur dish looks great. But try to cut short the video then it might gives u 5 🌟 star
Your method is completely wrong!! Adding garlic to the beginning causes a bitter taste
