My dad left my mom & I when I was 16 and cleaned out the bank account. Mom didn't know he hadn't paid the rent for several months so the week after he left we got evicted. We were living in the car. One day mom was at a church food bank and ran into an old high school friend, he was dropping off food. They got to talking and turns out his mother had passed away the month before leaving him with her trailer in a mobile home park to deal with. He offered the trailer to mom & I to live in and said he'd pay the space rent & utilities until we could get jobs. We went from the car to a fully furnished trailer in 15 minutes. He was an angel 😇

I was 8 months pregnant driving home at 11pm from work. My (ex) husband had not repaired the windshield wipers. It started pouring rain. I had a C.B.radio in the car. A truck driver communicated with me. He told me to pull up close to his 18 wheeler and follow him. I followed him until my exit and the rain stopped. He was one of my angels.

I have a real angel story! I was born a dangerously ill preemie and not expected to survive. My family gathered to see me, to have a memory of me alive. The females in the family saw my grandfather, who had died 7 years before, leaning on my incubator. When he turned his head and smiled, they knew I'd be okay.

My mom died suddenly & I later found out she had a rare genetic disease & I also have it, anyway for over 5yrs I was so sick & almost died several times. I had asked my 22yrs old niece what she wanted for Christmas & her response was I want you to get your liver transplant & not be sick anymore. She said she prayed on it, 4 days l got the call & received life saving surgery 💚

I had a friend who, along with her husband, were both Ft Worth police officers. After her husband died I was at her house as my wife and I were taking her to dinner and I saw a young boy in a large picture above her mantle. I asked if it was a grandchild. She said no, it was their son who had died at 7 yrs old of leukemia. The story that stunned me was that when the little boy was on his death bed and she knew his time was likely to be only hours, she told him that it soon would be time for him to go to be with Jesus and not to be scared because the angels would come to take him and he would never be alone. He looked at her and said "You don't have to tell me about the angels, Mom, they came yesterday and I asked for one more day." He died just a few hours later.

5 years ago, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Burkitt's Lymphoma. Burkitt's Lymphoma is the most aggressive cancer on Earth. It doubles in size every 25 hours. I asked God to let me stay for my kids. I'm still here today because of the work He did through the amazing doctors and nurses. I'm a firm believer in God wanting us to know our reason. I think yours might be reaching as many people as you can with your videos. Thank you for your service.

I was at a gas station once and this young man came up to me and said "I have a job interview and I ran out of gas" He was dressed in a manner where it could be true. We exchanges addressed because he insisted on paying it back. I told him don't worry about it. 5 weeks later, there was a money order in the mail with a note "Thanks for helping me out, I made the interview and got the job." I was so happy to hear it. If you can help someone out, best feeling in the world. 40 hour weeks is a great song by them.

I love this song, have since I was younger. My parents are my angels God rest their souls! My dad was a state trooper and happened to meet a woman who was pregnant, in an abusive relationship with one man and the father of her child was in prison. The man she was with didn't want her to keep the child. Both of my parents were married once before and had children from their previous marriages. When they got together they wanted a baby and my mom couldn't have any more children. That woman who was pregnant called my father and asked if he wanted her baby and that baby was me. I was so blessed to be raised by the people I called Mom and Dad and miss them so much, I lost my dad in 2017 and my mom in 2019. I know they are still my angels!

My nephew lives in another state, and we have him every summer. A few summers ago, I was in a very dark place. I was terribly addicted to percocet, and I had almost overdosed several times. I was very out of it, and sadly, I don't remember most of my nephew's visit from that summer. But this is what I do remember, and will for the rest of my life...the day he was leaving for the airport to go home, he put his little 6-year-old hands on either side of my face, squished my cheeks and said "Aunt Tammy, you need to get better so we can play next time I come". If it weren't for his precious soul and his love for me, I truly doubt I would be here today. A six-year-old saved me.

I had a heart procedure go wrong. I wasn't supposed to live through the night. No heart surgeon would help due to my condition, but a doctor came out of retirement, from another state, devised a christian team of doctors and nurses and did a 13 hour heart surgery to repair the damage. The first thing he did was pray with me. Now tell me angels don't exist. Love your stories. lol

I was riding with someone in rush hour traffic. He had all four tires blow out, lost control of the car, we spun out and went from the right hand south bound lane to the right hand north bound lane facing the right way. Not a single vehicle hit us, we missed the supports of an overpass and no one was hurt. God's hand had to be on us that night.

I went to school with a kid who was riding his four wheeler in the winter time. (We live in Wisconsin so it gets really cold) He hit ice and went through a barbed wire fence. The fence basically scalped him but he was able to somehow walk 3 miles to his house. His mom came to the door and saw her son covered in blood. His face was hanging half way off and hissvalp was peeled back. She called an ambulance and he was taken to the hospital. When he was ok and she could see him she asked him how he got home. He told her his grandpa walked him home. His grandpa had passed away 5 years prior. She told our class that story the day he came back to school. This song always makes me think of him.

I lost my home, everything I owned. My room mate called me at work to tell me not to bother bringing home dinner, they had locked us out. I had paid, but my room mate could not be trusted. I had no savings, my clothes were in the house, my CAT was in the house. I had my car, my cell phone, and what was in my wallet. I was able to get some of the things back (including the cat) but almost everything was lost. There was a radio contest (coincidentally called "Angels Among Us") that my sister signed me up for. I won. It helped me afford to replace some of the things I lost and the chance to get my feet under me. That radio DJ calling me at o'dark thirty was my angel.

When my dad died, the people I work with came to his service including the managers. My boss had some very simple word for me that really helped in that dark time. Some of the ladies took it on themselves to make sure my mom got anything she needed. That day, they were more then people I just knew.

A few times I have felt like help came from an angel. However, my most memorable experience with this song was when working at an exceptional rodeo for special needs children they played this song for their entrance into the arena and my child partner ( my nephew with down syndrome) was leading the line of children. I almost lost it, deep breaths and biting my lip helped me keep it together.

Others have had it a lot worse with depression but I had one day where I was border line suicidal and just wasn’t even capable of getting myself out of bed. And my best friend texted me to check on me out of no where. She had no reason to believe I was that low but she helped me more than I can ever express. I can only think that God let her know.

This may be a little beyond the scope, but it happened when I was in EMS. We were transporting a patient to the hospital. The patient was having diaphoresis (profuse sweating), chest pain radiating into the left arm and jaw, ashen grey, nausea, vomiting, all textbook MI (Myocardial Infarction) signs and symptoms, i.e., a heart attack. After I had encoded the hospital, which is to say called them on the radio to tell them we were inbound and gave a brief patient report. We were a few minutes out when the patient looked at me and said the following.
"I have to go home now!" Keep in mind, this was almost 30 years ago, but I remember it like it was yesterday. I told the patient that once they were checked out at the hospital, they should be able to go home. The patient told me, "no, you don't understand; I have to go home now. It's time for me to go." The patient was looking just above the backdoors of the Ambulance with a serene look on their face, even a slight smile. I was about to respond when the patient lost consciousness, no respiration, no pulse. By this time, we were at the backdoors, i.e., the ER entrance.
Once in the ER, we did a quick look with the paddles...asystole, to use the vernacular, flat line! Asystole is not what we consider a "shockable rhythm" because it doesn't respond to defibrillation because there is no electrical activity in the heart to shock. You start with epinephrine and go from there with the drugs and CPR...you get the idea. Long story short, the patient was pronounced dead shortly thereafter. That patient, God rest their soul, knew it was time. I firmly believe, to this day, Angels were there ready to take the patient home and, in the patient's own way, was telling me that.
That was not the last time I experienced that kind of event, but it was the first, and it left an impression on me that will never go away.
NOTE: I have been purposefully vague about age, sex, location, or the exact date or time to protect the patient's privacy; also, there are parts of the events described above which been necessarily left out or changed for the sake of privacy.

When I was about 11 my cousin and I were playing in Green Lake in Seattle and suddenly stepped back off of the drop off and was literally drowning. My cousin was afraid to help because I might pull her under. Out of NOWHERE a blonde boy about our age grabs my hand and pulls me forward until I can stand up again. I got ahold of myself and looked around for him and he was gone. So many examples of God showing up in my life, but this one sticks out as an absolute angel.

My whole family had fallen on hard times. I was the only one able to work at the time and was supporting 3 apartments. Mine, My brother/girlfriend/sons, and My sister with 2 kids. My brother's tooth had gotten so bad he HAD to get it taken care of. Of course, he had no insurance. We knew of a dental college in the area so we went to see if they can help. While my brother went in his girlfriend and I waited in the car. I was telling her how bad I was stressing. I told her that if I could just get 3oo more dollars I could pay off the rest of the bills that were due and put some food in the cabinets. I said it would take a miracle. I kid you not. The words barely left my mouth before two students knocked on my car window. They needed clients for an exam. If we agreed to let them clean our teeth (which needed it in all honesty) they would pay us. Can you guess how much? That's just ONE of the times.

My little sister was diagnosed with leukemia at age 11. One morning, at the hospital, my mom asked my sister how she slept. She said "not so good". "There was a lot of talking, and someone had left a bright light on." My mom asked the charge nurse what happened last night. The nurse said it was very peaceful on the whole floor. And all the patients seemed to have a good night. My sister is now almost 55, and has been in remission for over 30yrs.
Mom and I both know it was angels and the light of God that were there that night.

I was working on my family’s farm alone when I got kicked in the face by a horse. My family was in another state for a horse show. I didn’t lose consciousness or get a concussion and actually drove myself to the hospital. I thought I just had a broken nose and needed stitches but I found out the forehead section of my skull was shattered (imagine a dinner plate thrown on the floor). While waiting for the surgery, the hospital priest visited but I told him that given my situation and that I was able to get help despite being alone, I knew there was a God watching over me

When help finally got to me, my heart was not beating and I was not breathing. I’m here today, only by the grace of God. I had a lot of physical damage, paralyzed on my left side. I was hospitalized for 3 months and I had to relearn everything. I’m doing well now.

My sister, who was also my best friend passed away going on 13 years now. At the time I was living a couple hours away from everyone else I cared about, so I was essentially dealing with my grief alone. Months went by and my grief spiraled into a deep depression. Just as I was contemplating suicide, an apartment opened up in my hometown where I had friends and family. I signed the lease and those friends and family were able to provide the comfort and support that I desperately needed. If God hadn't provided that opportunity to relocate, I have no doubt I wouldn't be here to talk about it and I am eternally grateful.

Several, but here's one - similar story. My dad and I had gone deep into the Cascade mountains to do some camping. We were hours from ... anywhere. One of the tires on his truck went flat...middle of nowhere, no cell service. He had to walk MILES by himself, in the dark to try to find a building where he could get some help...also leaving me by myself in the woods alone (I was around 17 at the time). He left me with one of his pistols (yes, I knew how to use it SAFELY and was a decent shot) and he took off. I startled when not 10 minutes later, a white van shows up and my Dad jumped out of the passenger side...with a mechanic who just happened to have just the right size tire for the truck...and happened to be driving on the exact road Dad had walked down at just that exact time...in the middle of Nowhere. Dad chalked it up to coincidence. I know better.

Such a beautiful song! There have been quite a few times when I felt like someone was watching out for me. But the time that really stands out is back in the 90s I was driving to work & hit ice. I went over a hill (yes a hilll) No cell phone back then (at least not for me) once I got out of the car I had the challenge of having to make my way back up the hill. When I made it to the side of the road I was trying to flag someone down, and of course several passed right by. Finally a truck stopped. The man driving was very concerned if I was hurt (by some miracle just sore & some scrapes from the hill climbing) he offered to take me to my home which was probably abt 8 miles away. He was a perfect gentleman and when I offered to pay him for his help he wouldn't take any 💲 He just asked me to always help if I ever saw anyone that needed help. I've been faithful at doing that. I will stop if I see someone broke down or an accident and ask if they need anything. Anyway I haven't seen him since but never forgot this kind man 👼

I've had so many angels, when Heavenly Father reached out through someone else. I thought of a specific time, listening to you. I was on my way from home back to college, about an hour and a half away. I was in the canyon, about 30 minutes away from school and the snow became so thick, it was a literal whiteout. I couldn't see the road or the canyon I could have driven into. Turning back wouldn't have helped, but there was a semi truck right in front of me who guided me through safely. He/ she probably doesn't remember, but I do. They saved my life that night. Thank you, to them and to Heaven for putting us together and keeping me safe! 💕

He didn't help me, but he used me to help someone else. I was leaving work and felt like I had to go a way I usually didn't go. I never pick up strangers, but I just knew that I had to help this man. Found out he was a trucker who's truck had broke down and he was trying to get home as for some reason that I can't remember now as this was back in the 1990's. I took him as far as I could. He was also hungry, I didn't have much in my car with me just a couple of cookies that I had bought at work, but I gave him what I had. When I dropped him off he thanked me and told me that I was an answer to his prayer.

October 1, 1994 a week before our daughter turned 3 years old we had a horrific accident when we were cut off on the highway and rolled multiple times down the off ramp. Our car landed upside down facing the oncoming traffic and my husband with his injuries (concussion, fractures neck and lacerations) was able to remove our daughter from her car seat (she had just bitten her lip). I was finally able to crawl out of the car to my hubby and our daughter. A man came out of nowhere to make sure we were ok and assured us that help was on the way. He was gone before the paramedics came - I had multiple fractures in my spine, dislocated sternum and concussion and was in the hospital for a week. God was there to save our family that day - and this song has comforted us many times since.

When my sister was young our family went to the beach. My sister got swept out into the ocean. My aunt tried saving her and so did many people. My aunt and sister was drowning and no one could get to them. This guy comes up not speaking a word and jumps in and saves them with little effort. We turned around to thank him and he was nowhere to be seen. No trace of him out all. To this day my parents talk about the angel that saved them.

I have a couple of stories but I will go with the simplest. I was elementary school-aged when I got stuck up in a tree. While my brother ran to get one of my parents, I was crying & scared. I prayed for help when suddenly a calm came over me and I was guided step by step down the tree.

When my daughter was an infant I was so broke I couldn't buy her diapers or pay my electric bill so I found all the loose change I could find to go speak to someone about making payments on my bill. I remember I felt like a failure and trying not to cry on the bus. A few minutes after I sat down I realized I was sitting on something. It was an empty wallet. It was an old frayed polyester wallet and it was obvious someone threw it away. I took it up to the driver and he looked through it to, didn't find any ID or anything. He said I could keep it if I wanted to or he could throw it away. I said I would keep it for my 3 yr old nephew and sat down again. I started feels like I had to look through it one more time and this time there was a white business card like paper in a pocket where before there was nothing else. When I pulled it out something fell on my lap. I turned the card around, typed (like with an actual typewriter) was JESUS LOVES YOU. On my lap was a folded $50. I was able to make a payment, buy diapers and get my nephew a happy meal. At the fast food place they happened to have had someone order food and never picked it up and they offered it to me. So, I had diapers, light and enough food for me, my sister and her son and my parents. I am not a very religious person, but because of this I have always had Faith. Sorry this was so long.

God saved me from drowning in a pool when I was younger. Also when I was just a newborn I had to be put under a ventilator. The doctor told my mom that I wasn’t breathing right and that I was turning blue and then she got some people to pray for me and long story short I celebrated my 30th birthday this month.

In 2008 I became very ill. I went to the hospital. They did every test they could think of. They ended up doing an exploratory surgery to figure out the issue. A few days later while recovering from a hole in my bladder I became septic and had to have a breathing tube to help keep me alive. Apparently my sister came in because the doctors told my family to come say goodbye to me. From what I was told my sister said she wasnt ready to say goodbye and I woke up the next day.

I was working at a resort a few years back and I was feeling real down, down about life and weak in my faith. One of the guests talked to me for about an hour, but it all boiled down to this, between living and dying, "what choice do you really have?" and I realized I needed to give it all back to God. He was an unnamed angel that God sent to me.

This song really helped me when my dad was battling Leukemia. One day in the hospital when he wasn't doing as well, a rainbow appeared on on his skin. Such a feeling of comfort knowing we were ok. All my dads medical team were angels. In fact we called everyone who came to see him "Kelly's Angels."

I loved this reaction, Billy. It is such an incredible song (has several versions). I don't know if you like reading at all, but Rev. I was in the aisle seat and when looking at my girls I was smiling and encouraging. At times I had to turn my head and release my fear. And I remember waking up in the hospital with the doctors telling me it was a miracle I was alive since I had lost so much blood. 55 or so years ago I was around 9 yrs old, I was hiking in the woods with my BB gun, alone in the winter time near where I lived. That's what kids do, right? Somehow I fell down a steep bank and into a creek and I couldn't get out. I remember the water being freezing cold and up to my chest deep. Then seemingly out of nowhere comes this teen age girl and jumped in the water and pulled me out. Turns out she lived on the other side of the woods from me. We became very close friends over the years. when I was 36 and she was 42, she married me. So thank you my dear Debbie for saving my life - Twice.

The Angel that i can remember is when I was younger. I was at School or at a day Camp of some sorts so i wasn't there when it happened. We have always had cats there were let outside but stayed in the yard most of the time. My cat SHY SHY was trying to cross the road when a truck came down the road at a slow speed. The driver slammed on the brakes to avoid hitting the cat but SHY was just in the wrong spot at the time. SHY by some miracle survived getting hit by the tire and being rolled under the them. My mom had seen what had happened and ran out to see if the cat was okay while the driver was out of the truck also so see if Shy was okay. Shy was crying loudly. The driver told my mom to get into his truck and let him know where the nearest vet was. He told my mom to the vets that we use to have shy taken care of. The Driver pulled out his card and told the vets what happened and that he would be paying for everything and that there was no limit to the cats care. The man had to leave to pick up some things that he really needed at the a store but he would be back to pick up my mom and the cat. The Vets that we see gave shy a check up. Once again by some miracle all the cat had was some nasty scraps, bruises and a very bad case of road rash that caused the vets to shave Shy's behind and this was a long haired cat. (the cat looked like a deformed poodle) An hour later the man came back like he promised and paid for the bills including some pricey pain cream that was really where the bill came from. Mom offered to pay him back as we were having money issues but she could set up a payment plan. The man told my mom that wasn't needed. He had hit the cat and it was the least he could do. When he dropped my mom off at the house there was a large bag of cat food on the porch that was the brand out cats eat. This man was our angel. He did something that not many would do when unintentionally hitting an animal by paying for the vet bills and buying a bag of food for us. Shy Shy made a full recovery other than a little limp but shy was almost 10 when this had happened so that was understandable and went on to live for another 5 years before health reason took him to the Rainbow Bridge. That man was our St. Francis of Assisi when it came to Shy. He was out cat's angel.

I was able to get mom help my dad in the house and kept him alive until help arrived. Dad lived, I was affected by the poison he drank by contact. I can’t use most cleaners, scents, perfume but that is small compared to my dad being alive 37 years later. Everyone has been wondering how I heard him since I could barley hear the tv most days.

I was working as a Nurse Practitioner at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. I had a -3 year old girl with leukemia as a patient. I was checking on her one day and she told me her mother was pregnant. There was none of the joy you would expect her to have. She got very quiet then said “can I ask you a question?”. After telling her she could, she asked “do you think the new baby is taking my place and I’m going to die?”I was floored. How do you answer a question like this? I couldn’t, yet I heard myself tell her “No, God is sending the baby to give you joy and something to look forward to”. The words came out of my mouth yet they were not my words. God is great. Praise his holy name.

The Methodist Church in Piedmont, AL was hit by a tornado on Palm Sunday during a children's program. Over twenty people were killed. The pastor's (the woman in the video) little girl was among the many children who died. Some families lost several family members. My nephew's in-laws came home from church to just a foundation where their home had once been.

I had an urge one October morning to go check on pecan trees that were about 15 miles from my house. My husband didn't want to go ... as we both knew it was a month before pecans would be ready to pick in Mississippi. On the way home, for some reason, I took a different path and came upon a wreck that has just happened seconds before. I was the first one there and jumped out of my car because I could hear someone yelling, "Help me!" Now, I'm an old, white grandmother (and the ONLY reason I mention race here is to show that it doesn't matter .... even in Mississippi!,) and the young man trapped in his car was a young black man. I could see his leg was trapped between the steering wheel column and the door, his head was in the center of the front seat and his right arm was apparently broken and laying in the passenger seat. He had cuts on his head and glass all in his hair and eyelashes. I'm no medic but I do know that if someone has taken a lick on the head, you keep them awake and talking. The lady that hit him (because she was on her phone) was thrown from her car and was lying dead beside me. Other people started arriving and suddenly someone yelled, "The car's on fire ... RUN!" My feet started to move and I felt something (which I KNOW was God) touch my shoulder and I felt a wave of calm run through me. I looked up and said, "OK, God, if this is where you want me to die, here it will be!" The young man was struggling to get free and I asked him then if he believed in God. He replied that he did and the 23rd Psalm came out of my mouth like I had been rehearsing it .... I hadn't said it in years! Long story short, God touched me that day. I wish everybody could feel the power, peace and love I felt then. It will be in my heart forever!
