@@nikkis7375 Yes!! I love that movie. though its a little sad that JC wasn't in it at the end like everyone else was. I know there was a rumor that was going around that said JC was in it but just walking around in the back in one of the scenes with the train, but I never did see him.
Justin was my guy as a kid, and he’s still one of my favorite artists, but JC got the short end of the stick big time. There’s no way you can hear this man sing and say he shouldn’t have been a big star
@@Izaan2810JC did flips on stage, danced just as hard and energetic as Justin, has a better voice and range than Justin, is objectively much more handsome than him. And had a much more marketable personality as he was the most humble and chill out of the guys.
Unfortunately Justin just got shoved into the bubblegum pop box for young girls who didn’t really know better yet. Cause JC was already a man looking by no strings attached.
But of course when got older we realized Justin for the fuck boy he is.
@@mellysomethingclever 2 years later, I agree with you on everything except for the looks. Justin was objectively better looking, sadly (I can't help but agree with that). Also, I reckon, "humble and chill" isn't marketable over "f-boy", DEFINITELY not in the entertainment industry of 2000s.
In fact, back then they wanted you to be controversial. They wanted you to be talked about endlessly. They wanted you to be charismatic above all(not that JC wasn't charismatic, but Justin's was a different type and that SOLD, sadly). The only thing, you can do great at in entertainment industry, without having to embrace bad boy image, is acting.
Justin had that cool, boy next door, smug personality and look(apparent in a lot of his solo music videos as well, and teenagers wanted to be like him) and his cheap tactics INVITED media and views with open arms. Awful, but there's not a lot, you could have done about it. Management and angsty teenagers controlled the narrative then.
@@mellysomethingclever At least, we can be proud of JC for not selling his soul. He is a LOVELY human being. And I buy the argument about him being the best vocalist to come out of any boyband. I am really proud of the guy. He is a relaxed chill human being who doesn't overthink and doesn't see value in entertainment industry. And that's why he is as humble as he is. Dude made his wealth, enjoyed his time, and got out.

I've been an Nsync Stan for about 23 years and I've seen this video numerous times but I haven't seen it in many many years. I always looked at this song as a romantic song but after seeing this video and after having children...I just BAWLED!!! Especially at the end when her son came home from the war alive and she looked at him and in the reflection in her eyes was flashbacks of her and him when he was little...😭😭😭
JC was always my fav. Sadly when he went solo he didn’t blow up at all like Justin.
XD I got that reference!!! "Blowin' Me Up (With Her Love) -- JC also wasn't advertised nearly as much as Justin was either, which I think was a disservice to him. But JC's always had a preference to be behind the scenes. After walking away from his second album in 2007 I think it was (some of the demos from it are still available though), he seems pretty happy managing Girl Radical (last I checked).
For those not familiar with the band, JC was the last individual to be shown at the beginning of the video. So- yeah if it wasn't obvious, JC was my favorite too.
Justin was riding on the buzz from him and britney breaking up so he had lots of help on that.
His voice was fantastic, easily the best in the group, but his solo songs were simply not as catchy. Have JC sing Cry Me A River and he'd made it, too.

Justin Timberlake also had the determinations and the business smart and saive that JC lack. JC said it that he wasn't cut out for a solo career. Stop blaming Justin Timberlake.🙋

The country group Alabama did a great version of this song as well. I grew up on that version, didn't even know about the NSYNC version until like 5 years ago. And even then it blew my mind that Alabama's version was a cover.

I never knew AL's was a cover until I looked it up as well. The had success with it but Alabama had higher chart position with its release which is why everyone thought it was theirs, I think. I really appreciate the version that has both bands together.

I was a pre-teen when I first heard this song, so obviously I assumed it was another sappy love song. I remember hearing it for the first time after my daughter was born and absolutely losing my mind. She is special needs and so innocent, when he says, “Now I’m trying hard to figure out just how I ever did without the warmth of your smile, the heart of a child that’s deep inside, it leaves me purified,” it hits home so deep for me. Some people pity us like she’s broken, but I know God took his time creating someone so special to teach me true love with no words ❤️

JC has the best voice out of all of the guys - they've all admitted it, too. It's a shame he never released the follow up solo album to "Schizophrenic". Check out his solo track "Blowin' Me Up (With Her Love)". It was featured on the *Drumline* soundtrack! So good.

This song my mom said reminds me of her. When I was born....I had sooo sooo many health problems. And before I was 2 months old....I was rushed to the hospital 8 times. All my life I’ve had health problems that’s almost taken my life....the most recent when I was 17 in 2004. So....every time I hear this song....I of course cry like a baby
