Your comments on the muffins reminded me of a book I once read by Jennifer Cruise called Faking it. It's a popular romance book. While it's not a novel you'd learn vast amounts of knowledge from. It is a very funny, very entertaining read. There is a chapter where several 9f the main characters, specifically the Goodnight women, are discussing the similarities of men and muffins. It's a great read. If your tastes venture out to that genre. I must tell you that there are some very racy scenes contained. So it's not a book I would share with my kids. Just so you know ahead of time. While it fills the story, it's not for everyone. I hope you'll take a chance on it. I've been a huge fan of this author. She has quite a few fun reads. ❤ The muffins looked fantastic. They were made in adjustable serving size. Lol. Always good.

You are enough and those kids are so lucky to have someone who keeps showing up for them even on dark days and shows them the realness of raw emotions and how to trudge through until you can stand on your own two feet without needing to reach for a hand but rather you want to reach out. I was 46 yesterday and I was out with my best friend of 36 years and her children who call me aunty for a movie and lunch (both of my adored parents passed away in the last few years). My friend and her husbands extended family have all welcomed me into their family. I asked her if she felt 46 and we both agreed we felt like we were in our 20's apart from my body feeling like I'm 100 as I'm terminally ill. I suspect you are a very strong, young 88 and full of fun. I'm praying for your health because you sound like someone who has years of fun planned. God bless you sweetheart. 😊

If you use an ice cream scooper for the muffins they will always come out the same. They have all different sizes. It makes filling them so fast too.

Hey Jamerrill rather than spoon the muffin mixture into the silicone pans why not invest in some ice cream scoops in different sizes. They’re great for portioning out the muffin mixture and the baked muffins take the same amount of time to bake because they’re the same size. Also give chia seeds a try, they expand in the milk/yoghurt and are a great source of protein.
