A LEGEND tends to be an individual that has Mastered "staying power". In Order for her to be so considered a "legend" she has to be around long enough for her influence to pass down multiple generations. 15 years isn't long enough to pass through multiple generations.

It baffles me that not everyone is in awe of listening to Taylor speak live whilst being in the same room as her. I mean I know not everyone is a swiftie but, as a swiftie it’s mental for me to witness such blank expressions as she’s talking!
