If you have a Mars box or similar , and it has a usb port on the box, use a wireless mouse , put mouse dongle in usb slot in box and boom you can move around and get to settings . And actually run the box although it's not ideal.

I have the same android box. I think I had a problem with cetusplay. Maybe the USB in the developer options will fix the problem
