Please spell wrang per I could not locate it? Very common favorite kitchen tricks shaker lids and repurposing those type of containers, thanks for sharing. Also include reserving a pastry or toothbrush for the coffee and spice grinders. Stack two jars holding closed with palm, to transfer between the jars to mix without the cloud. LOL been there done that, don't forget to label & date it.
Very nice. I'm looking forward to making it...I do have to buy some of the ingredients, however. I also have several questions and a comment or two. 1. When you said, "repurpose the coffee grinder," you're meaning that you use that particular one for spices only. Correct? 2. Can you use a blender or food processor for this? I realize some adjustment may be required. 3. Is storing in plastic ok? 4. Canning funnel--large mouth or regular? Also, I couldn't find ones that look like yours, do you have a link? 5. Rangpur peel/zest--I'm a pretty good at finding things via Google, but I absolutely struck out. Where do you get yours? Also, what combination of peels/zest would you use to substitute for it? The mushroom powdered you linked to does have salt in it. There are salt-free options, check the ingredients. Thank you for considering these questions. Lawrence ps. Oh, BTW, it appears that this makes ~3 cups.
1 Yes 2 No, you need something that will grind finely 3 Sure 4 It's a standard canning funnel: amzn.to/3XXfnvz 5 We make our own, but you can use any combination of lemon or lime zest The mushroom powder was an oversight, and has been corrected.
@@PlantBasedBistro Thank you for numbering your answers. 5. Rangpur Lime--since it is a cross of lemon and mandarin, you could probably mix orange and lemon peel. But do you actually have access to the fruit? Do you have a tree? Those are just curiosity questions based on you making your own. :) Again thank you
@@PlantBasedBistro Wow!!! From what you and Mr. Plant Based have said on the few videos I"ve watched, you folks must have a lot of growing things. That's great. ;)
The dried citrus zest is a nice addition 👍
Nice blend. What type of dishes would you use this mixture for?
Nearly anything. It’s designed to be a general use type of thing.
