Thank you for the reviews of the new tools. It's crazy how bad the marketing and coverage of these tools are. And they're USA website is f***king GARBAGE! It makes me so mad because these tools already awesome. Please review all your tools you haven't already alot of HPT Users will appreciate it
I work for the US arm of a Japanese company and the hardest part of my job is getting the Japanese exec's to understand US culture and marketing. They think all they need to do is make quality products, because that works in Asia and Europe. In the US it's form and marketing over substance. The same applies the their website. It's bland and awful, but it has all the relevant information so they refuse to make it better.
@dcl97 would they be doing the marketing over here? Wouldn't they have a US or North America Branch? I follow hikoki stuff for Australia and Japan and they seem to definitely have more marketing and brand recognition and yt videos from what I can tell.
@@dcl97do you know if they're going to bring the c3606dum track ready saw to America? If not do you know a European seller who's willing to ship to USA
Agreed. Hikoki here in the UK is the same. They don’t even bother updating their website when new tools are released. Crazy considering how good the tools are.
Hard to know how long Metabo HPT cordless (excluding nailers) will be carried in store at Lowe’s. Sounds like quite a few have gotten rid of their entire displays. Damn shame.
@@WillBlock-n9j that seems logical to me. Not sure what the difference in cost is for display space in certain areas of Lowe’s stores though - that could be a factor. My hope is that MHPT finds more physical retailers to sell through in addition to staying at Lowe’s.
Thanks for the great videos. I look forward to more Metabo HPT reviews. One specific review of that miter saw and going over the other miter saws available would be great because I can't find the model with a 12 inch blade that's 36V with a shadow light for the blade.
That oscillating tool piece does come out. Needs to come out to accept ous blades. But it has a magnet to hole the blade and a quarter turn so its much easier than the previous version
I bought fully into the multivolt system like 6-7 yrs ago. I wish they would make NEW tools as opposed to upgrades to the (now crappy?) og versions I have.
If they made that miter saw in a 10” version they’d have a winner. The 12” is just far too bulky in my opinion. A 10” version would be an awesome replacement for the old c10fsh
@@MadLadsAnonymousyeah that c3610dra is hot garbage. Compared to the old c10fsh it’s total trash. The 12” saw you have here is a much better saw, I just wish they made it in a 10” version.
@@jeffpower6473 yeah lol i just got the c3610 and after tightening everything it is honestly 1000 times better than out of the box. its still going back because of shipping damage but its definitely a shame these arent as good as they should be i love the style and feel. i got the miter lock 100% tight with NO play none same spot every time!! adjusted the fence nuts on, bevel stops took awhile but i should have done the 90 degree first lol. the amount of deflection i have now is a less then the 10 inch milwaukee m18. to me the biggest downfall is no shadow light and vertical cut height is a joke.
@@derekmoen5382 I’ve been using the Japanese made c10fsh for so long now nothing really measures up except maybe the Kapex. I did just pick up the Festool ksc60 with the stand because I needed a cordless setup and couldn’t find anything that met my criteria and I’m telling you, that is one super nice little saw for trim work.
I have the older metabo hpt angle grinder and mid torque that ive used at work for 2 years now. Their both great but not happy ove 4 amp mv battery has failed to charge past 25%
Bought a 10 inch 36 V. I'm a disapointed in the quality the locking mechanism is extremely sloppy, leading to 1-2 degrees of play when locking the saw in any miter position . No matter how you adjust it its hard to get a perfect cut, really not made for precise work . There is also some flex in the sliding arm. Hopefully this 12 inch is better quality and the locking mecanism isnt made of plastic. Since this one is not even 10 pounds heavier ill defenitlyreplace my 10 inch it if the quallity is there or has good has the wired 12 inch . Cant wait for the your review.
Sounds like you're in the States. How did you get your hands on the corded C12RSH3? I can't find it on any site, even on metabo-HPT official site. When do you expect to have a review of the miter saw? Cheers.
that miter saw looks awesome metabo hpt is a great brand love their cordless nailers

Miter saw review, please!!!
It says Starlock capable so you must be able to take the pin out if you need to. Great review
Super excited for the new miter and circular saw seems like it has the torque its needed finally

The original.multi tool is actually a brast as a detail sander
Its vibrating is optimal.for sanding
Let's go Metabo HPT! 👏👏👏👏👏
