    Hi 😊 I'm planning to visit Vienna soon and your videos are really helpful!
    Quick question, what's the best way to get to Vienna's centre from the airport?

    • @KhyatiPuria

      Glad you enjoyed them 🙏🏽 take the train S7 from the airport! Best and cheapest option.

      Enjoy the silence of the city center! I like Sundays for a walk through the city center! Majority of Coffeeshops and restaurants will be open!

    Mentioning bike driving in Vienna, it would be very helpful for tourists to tell them not to walk on designated bike lanes.-)

    Reminder for me. 팁 있음, 괜찮은 식당은 10퍼센트. 계산서는 떠날 때 달라고 하면 준다.

    Hi, I just wanted to ask you I will be arriving at Vienna around 12 PM and I was planning to take the train from the airport to the city center. Is it safe to go to the accommodation by walking as it is going to be near to city center or should I book an Uber? Is it safe for girls to travel at night in Vienna?

    • @sm5970
      @sm5970 4 месяца назад

      It’s very safe. You have nothing to worry about. The only problem is the lack of frequency of public transit after 1:00am.

    Do we have to tip 10% or even at all for just a coffee ? I do not always think it’s necessary to tip for a cup of coffee but for dinner I understand that 😂

    • @KhyatiPuria
      @KhyatiPuria  15 дней назад +1

      Agree, but it honestly depends on the service. In my opinion you should only tip for good service - regardless if it's for dinner or coffee.
      I would rather tip a friendly waiter who brought me "just" coffee than somebody who was rude during dinner service.

      @@KhyatiPuria I normally tip when I go regularly to a coffee place and have more than one. If I go to a random place for a coffee I don’t feel I have to tip at all. Anyway I guess I understand your point. I am visiting Vienna next month and wonder if I buy the 7 days ticket and want to use it from the airport to my hotel then how can I pay the difference? Do I pay in the bus or buy an additional ticket? Thank you for the good info 🙏

    Please stop spreading tipping. Outside US dining is much simpler and easier

    • @rodjones117
      @rodjones117 3 месяца назад +2

      Yes - please stop telling people they need to tip.
      It is not obligatory to tip - this is not America.
      Many people just round the bill up - so if the bill is 9.75 they just say "call it 10". This is perfectly acceptable behavior.
      If you have really had fantastic service, and you feel like you really should reward it, 10% is the absolute maximum anybody would ever expect.
      Waiters in Austria are paid decent wages, they do not need tips to live as in the USA.

    an arrogant and domineering polizei fined me .....150 euro ..for crossing at a red light .. no traffic visible. Thanks police for spoiling my week. It takes ages for the lights to change to green in wien,,,, bring a book.

      That’s just a law. Maybe other countries allow jaywalking, but in Austria if you do it in front of police you have a high chance of getting a fine. If you go to a country you should also accept its laws.

      its like your not allowed to use your own discernment has a adult . Why do people have to continually quote the law , where not robots . Its dictatorship .
