ODB Field Tripping: Ice and Iron

The world’s shut down, I’m stressed, money, relationships. It all gets a little heavy for me. I gotta break out of this funk, clear my thoughts and start feeling good again. I pulled some friends together and took a field trip to see the boys at Ice and Iron. Today is all about refreshing the spirit through the body. Strap in for a day of peace, joy and a bunch of psychos finding zen in a bucket of ice.

That was fuckin awesome. I am all alone, in real life, Wim Hoffin it every day, little over four months. Fast, slow, 10 rounds, 3 rounds, twice a day, once a day, sitting up straight, laying half way back (my fav) and laying down, in bed, outside, inside- i seem to dig 6 rounds. No ice baths, no one is interested in whm. Some fuy on fb was but he apparently fell off the face of the earth so i just tell people about him. I just want one person to say they have done it or are gonna, damnit, lol. Till then, some day i will get the godamn shower all the way to cold. But cold enuf is pretty cold and I have been doing thay, dang, it's been a year. Our water us artic cold for some reason but idc, it will happen. Till then, thoroughly enjoyed the video, hello from Memphis,, to being Happy, Healthy (oh yeah, my point is, i am not the perfect wim hoffer, but I havent been sick since i had the rona in oct/nov 2019. So, cold water or no, my immune system is good and getting better. 🌸💪🌸💪) and Strong, Godamnit!!

@@olddirtyboston8217 ynow, i thought about this post after and thought- i am married, happy- i am not all alone lol. I am, however, alone in wim hof is what i meant. It is a big thing to do whm every day and my point was that i am super into it but am the only one i know irl who is. 👍👍👍 y'all, too, come say hi if ya make it down to Memphis!
