SlowBluesInc I’m here from Pink Floyd Live At Pulse concert video. Someone mentioned this song had as much soul and emotion in it as David Gilmour’s playing did. And I can confirm ! Bb is beautiful on this!
BB, you are so.much of what made me who I am today. Your music taught me to feel it, let it flow through my heart and soul, let it move me, fall in love with the Blues, and sing them through my soul. So many times I''ve seen you live, always a spiritual experience. May you and Lucille rest in peace. The world has lost someone so special. My heart bleeds at your loss.
This type of playing the 🎸, and organ, is what got me HOOKED on the Blues every since I was a CHILD in elementary school!! Here's a funny but true story I would like to share. Here goes: When I was a child growing up in the south (the SIP; that's short for Mississippi) there was a juke joint club around the corner from our home. We didn't own transportation, therefore, we walked everywhere, which were to: school, church, and downtown, and we had to pass by this juke joint going on our journey. So... I'm ALWAYS hearing those soulful blues. It seemed like they were always playing B B Kings, "Sweet Sixteen". Here's the true funny part of the story; One Sunday night after church, BB was playing on the jukebox, and I felt I "NEEDED" 🤭to be closer to the club, so I asked my mother if I could cross over to the other side of the sidewalk, so that I could walk directly in front of the club, as we journey home. To my surprise, she let me do it! After that, whenever I asked if I could go across the sidewalk, she mostly let me.That music got in my DNA at an early age. As I think back now... maybe it wasn't a good idea during that on the way home from Church.🤭 I'm a middle 60's, female, who still loves the blues! To all... enjoy the rest of your day, be blessed and stay safe.
I believe Srv influenced BB in some way during this time, If you see him playing Texas flood you noticed he shift to a faster playing, don't know the technical word but less melodic more agressive i guess.
Have a listen to Peter Green's All Over Again (Live At The Warehouse - New Orleans) cover. BB King said of Peter Green " He is the only guy to give him the cold sweats, because his tone was so sweet. Doesn't get any better than that from the King...
I like BB's playing but just can't get behind the horn section for serious blues, for me horns just don't belong in this genre. And it's not that they even sound "bad", just a personal preference. IMO it lessens the impact of playing, makes it more of a "show".
Nobody has ever had a more beautiful vibrato. Probably never will.

There is malmsteen
This is BB at his best! My favourite BB King song played with such emotion. Surely no one can watch this without a tear or 2
+Stuart Keir I like this version best. Even without the words, it carries so much emotion. And you're right about the tears bro!!

Such emotion with fluidity
This version is just so flawlessly excellent !
My man I can feel it!
Bb king's playing really got so much fucking crazier since his more mellow approach on the live at regal. Really shows his growth as a guitar player.
I believe Srv influenced BB in some way during this time, If you see him playing Texas flood you noticed he shift to a faster playing, don't know the technical word but less melodic more agressive i guess.
And peace and love from France ❤️
So Melodic!!!!!

Bb super1000
4:49 kami sama!!!!
The name of this song is Blues Boy Tune.
I believe you're right this doesn't have any of the All Over Again licks or lyrics in it...
@Bluenotes Band No. It's Blues Boy Tune. This song has no lyrics, All Over Again has.
@Bluenotes Band lol nope. I play All over again and this IS NOT it...
This is really God's performance. Kamisama is not wrong.
This song is called “ Blue Boys Tune “ not “ All over Again “
It has many names , "I got a good mind to give up living " and "letter" are few of them too.
@@Celon. why???
@@wangliwang8576 Because the song is pretty old and a lot of musicians played the same song in their own way thus many changed the actual title.
@@Celon. thanks !!
카미사마!!
kami samaaaaaaa
Lab Series L5?
Peter Green also did this song perfect
This is "blues boys tune" not all over again, just compare the lyrics....
Blues boys tune ?🤔?😕?
that's it!

Thank goodness I changed my music I was listening to some dumb stuff
