@@mehulmaharaj5015 yeah promotion as in an activity that supports or encourages a cause. Whether or not it translates into numbers is on a bigger scale than the individual himself. But in essence, I feel he provides that with his personality. Hence, promo.

@@debangkushtalukdar6671 that’s hard sparring. If you train you know that hard sparring is definitely comp. Lose on book or not. If you EVER get worked by someone in hard sparring you will NOT beat them in comp. Mike Tyson got smoked by Holyfield in hard sparring all the time when they trained together. And he couldn’t beat him both times. Hard sparring is a fight. Just not a crowd
