I am not sure you would be getting Feeni at this season, but if you find it somewhere do try it. It's a desert which is usually made during Diwali festival in Nepali tradition.

I watched this video of you eating 16-course Nepali Cuisine till the end and I feel like my stomach is full😂. You have inspired me to walk around the alleys and find beauty in local things. After my exam, I will definitely walk around all the alleys and try local foods. I usually don't comment a lot but I admire you so much and I hope our paths intersect while you are here in Nepal. Oh wow, once again absolutely enjoyed the video! God, respect to you for finish that 16 course never ending meal! It just keeps coming haha :D I was tired seeing you eat that whole thing .... You are such a cool, kind, fine and ofc CUTE human being. I had my dinner together with you while watching this, so...just saying!!!! I adore you and your videos so much! Good luck to the next 22 meal course - can't wait to see that tbh! Much love and take care, always ! p.s. you got much cuter in this video - did you observe that?
Try yomari. They should have included that also. There are lots of Nepali deserts . You have to go to Newari sweet shop. This 16 course meals mostly include that newari and thakali dishes. It doesn’t have foods from himalaya reason.
Duck meat is one the most commonly consumed proteins in Tharu community. Tharu are the indigenous people of Chitwan (terai). It is Generally prepared by frying it in its own fat with lots of ginger.
Well Far-western and Mid-western food are still missing here,.. there are 'चुकौनि, राईतो, कर्कलो, बटुक, फाडा,डिक्रि,खिर(rice-pudding), कागते रोटी, फिनी, सिस्नुको साग(Nettle leaf), घुँगी ,खिचडी and list goes on.
22:18 idk why I laughed at this comment of yours😂😂😂 all the other were appetizers❤😂 You probably were hoping that it would end in dessert now.. Since it was 12th course but they deceived you & brought out main course😂 so good & so funny lol😂
In Nepal there is so many food dishes you just take newari traditional food but there is many culture food like tharu, rai, tamang, magar etc more you can enjoy but the most popular is newari traditional food
Hey Max, thank you for sharing your wonderful beautiful day. Your posting is awesome. You make my day seeing the beautiful country of Nepal. Wow 16 course meal. Yum…I enjoyed watching you eat that 16 course meal.
duck choila is not common but duck ko taas you must try,and I agree the portion is really big for 16 course for one person but for nepalese people we will go these amazing with some companion or some body and enjoy 22 courses
I'm not sure if anybody told you or you know but the first two rice they served you are very common. It's called chura and laiya and both are cheap. We use it for bhelpuri, poha, upma, halwa, etc. Thanks!
Great video and great food. (But you might be able to sue the restaurant for charging 13% vat and 10% service charge. It is illegal to do so as per nepal vat rule 14(b) and just a few month ago someone won a court case against a restaurant in Nepal for charging those same amounts but it's probably not worth it lol)
