My house is on a corner lot and people who walks their dogs always hits my lawn because I have the best lawn in the neighborhood . I have neighbor whos Lab comes over and sleeps on the lawn once in a while but I trained him to pee on my neighbors lawn then I give him a treat so I have to have them on hand to give to him. He is a good dog. But other people who walks their dogs now walks their dogs on the other side of the street because I hook up one of these sensors to the hose and when the dog steps a paw on the lawn it gets hit with water and owners get hit too! Now two of my other neighbors got one for their lawns.
Hahahaha. That's awesome DS. I'm all for people walking their dogs, but it's important to be considerate. If you see someone that obviously cares a lot about their lawn, it's best to not let fluffy pee or poop on it. Especially pee. That's what does the most damage.

Ron, I enjoy watching your videos. Both you and Alex inspires me a lot to keep my lawn in good shape. I just bought a Fiskar 18" manual reel mower, I am really having fun with it. It cuts my lawn way better than the regular rotary mower. Continue to feed us with your great videos. I'm looking forward for your live streaming this evening. Cheers..
That is awesome Rayon. The Fiskar does a pretty good job with cutting from what I've seen in pictures and videos. Look forward to interacting with you guys. Should be a fun time!
I'm just finishing my first season on my lawn. I followed a lot of your stuff along the way and it really helped me out so thank you! My yard isn't perfect yet but I am at the point where the domination line is so drastic that my neighbors have come over to apologize for their yard looking like crap.
Very cool Alex. Glad to hear that the content is helpful towards reaching your lawn goal. A domination line is always fun to have. Now that you're getting it figured out, gotta help your neighbors step their lawn game up. Can't be the only one with the amazing lawn. :-)
Hi Ron Thank you for all the information that you share. It has been very helpful. I have a question on some spots in my yard. May I send you some pictures so that we can discuss
Hi Garrett. I've never used it before but it looks like a decent iron and micronutrient supplement. It seems a tad expensive at $100+ per liter. I'd have to try it out before forming a strong opinion though.
When I have my lawn aerated by someone I make sure they wash off the tines because the lawn they did before my have a diease and spread it to yours. In my brothers neighbor the mail is delivered by foot and his neighbor had zoysia and the mail man picked up Chinch bugs and was spreading to all the lawn with warm season grass and the bugs just kill them all!
That's wild DS. So your mail man is a lawn super spreader! You'll have to setup a sanitization station for him to walk through before dropping your mail off. 😂
Ron, I made a mistake with my Tide Paclo and used 3x the amount per 1,000 sq ft. I have a Zoysia yard, do you think it will survive the treatment? Is there anything I can do?
@@johnbeatty4695 gotcha. I thought that it's been a while. Tide Paclo starts showing visible results usually within 7 - 10 days so we should see what you're dealing with by then.

Yes I love ketchup! 🤣. Sure it's fine for dogs too, just try to avoid ones with so much added sugar, salt and other ingredients (especially over there!). I believe you can get tomato flakes or other products which have zero/ little additives.
@@jneale7715 That's a cool tip James N. I'll have to tell Alex about it. Stella isn't a super picky eater so getting her to eat ketchup shouldn't be too hard. I wonder how much it takes to see a result.

I totally get it K D. Sounds like you’re got the lawn care bug. 😎
Good job on the renovation. Been fun to watch the work.
Thanks so much for following the content Lebron James. 👍😎
Great job, guys! All in less than a season. Amazing.
Thanks Sheril. Alex's consistent hard work definitely paid off. It's pretty awesome how quickly the lawn has transformed.

Looking good Alex! When will we get an update on your other friend's yard?
Heya 1960Murf. I filmed an update video earlier this week. I just finished editing it so it'll be released soon.

Hey ron- I know you like your Lesco products. Have you ever used Arborjet Min-Jet Iron?
Hi Garrett. I've never used it before but it looks like a decent iron and micronutrient supplement. It seems a tad expensive at $100+ per liter. I'd have to try it out before forming a strong opinion though.
Ron Henry yeah the price was rich for my blood. However, saw a guy in my subdivision using it and thought about you ( Lesco).
There are certainly less expensive options for getting iron and micronutrients into your soil.
Where do you live? Everyone’s yard is huge and beautiful
Northeast Georgia.

Ummm. It will survive but it will likely get stunted pretty badly. How long ago did you apply the Tide Paclo. How bad is lawn looking?
I just applied the PGR today and watered it in.
@@johnbeatty4695 which PGR did you apply?
I used Tide Paclo at a rate 3x what I needed to use. I would think it will take a few days to see what happens.

Put tomato ketchup in your dog's diet. It will neutralise the pH in the urine 👍🏻
Is that safe for the James?
