What if an apostle delivered the same address twice? Would you take notes and listen carefully?
What if that apostle said the reason for delivering the same address again was that "The brethren have asked me" would you listen and harken unto every word he said?
Marion G. Romney was an apostle that did just this. He gave this talk multiple times, the first time was at BYU and the First Presidency and Quorum of the 12 Apostles felt that this topic was so important and that this talk addressed it so perfectly that they asked him to deliver the very same address again in General Conference a month later to all members.
IE, This message was endorsed by the entire First Presidency and Quorum of the 12 and is very important.
