Doctor Snipes, you are like a wise mother. I feel as if you know everything about my childhood and how to heal from the abuse and dysfunction of it. You explain everything so clearly in your videos and I value and treasure your wisdom and intelligence. I in my mid forties am learning so much about myself, relationships, and how to be a happier, mentally healthier person. Thank you for your gifts to the world! I tried to make a donation, but I kept getting an error message.

Finding this video is very on-time for me tuning in and protecting my self physically. I have a fear that someone threatens my physical safety to get control over me emotionally and this is all "stuff" from the past as well as the present. I have a stalker and I need to stand up to him as I work to get my emotional and physical safety problem healed I did not feel physically safe as a child unless I was doing what my father wanted in service to him. Thank you for helping me get in touch with this as well as even helping me get to a place where I can finally start to address it.

Instead of others using my emotions against me, in this video you empower me to use my emotional messages to create good things for me as they can be pointers to what I need. EMPOWER is the big word here instead of pity, mock, use, dismiss, and degrade me for my emotions and, for that matter, vulnerability, which is used in a competitive culture.

It may take some time, but therapy can provide you with the tools and support you need to make progress. Be patient with yourself, and remember that it's okay to take things one step at a time. You're doing something really important for your well-being.

Hi Doctor Snipes. I would like to turn your attention to the mathematical formula, and offer an updated formula.
Current model: Hours x Intensity / total hours.
    Revised Model: Hours + Intensity / 24hours
When 24hours is included, it covers the entire day.
    Answer would be: 0.354
I understand there are lots of students watching you. It is important for the client to have the rules at which stage to input 1 or 4, to be explained very well with consistency like you have.
Thank you for the video, I have watched almost 10hours of your content, not including pausing to write down notes. And have made huge progress towards improving my mental health. Thank you so much once again!

What if you don't trust people like when I have anxiety--how do you be yourself with them? I think evil is in them because they don't identify my fear during my anxiety. If I believe that the truth is false, how can I listen to you with belief.
I am a paranoid schizophrenic and being honest is not who I think explains me if I were to discuss myself with you. The psychiatrist in my first hospitalization in a psychiatric ward took away my metal utensils for eating when I told her I felt like harming others in a friendly way after her query of me. I don't know but they got rid of me from a DBT class in my program for the mentally ill for some reason--they didn't want to let me know what they think is my conclusion.

C'mon now, you don't look fifty! You would look to me like a little kid blowing bubbles and I would remember my bubble-gum experience with pleasure and delight vicariously.

When you were a child the needle seemed so big. As you grow to adult size the needle is really much smaller. Update your view AND, ask for a reward like candy or a sticker. Seriously, it helps adults as well as children.
