Hi.. does it have preset automatic timer that it would turn off after certain minutes like 2 or 3 minutes.

no but it vibrates few times to indicate it's been 2 minutes

It actually vibrates every 30 sec to let you know to move to next quadrant

Are you supposed to wash the handle after each brush too?
