Today, I made garlic snail ssamjang with fresh garlic shoots and freshwater snails. I ate it with a gomchwi herb, a seasonal ingredient.
It is very fragrant and good to eat when there is no taste in the mouth.

20g green onion white side
2g dry shiitake or half fresh shiitake
3 cloves of garlic
