Nice video. I love toe hooks, and (for me) it's easier to find them on the wall as heel hooks. So, I will try to use heel hooks during warm-ups; maybe finding them within the gym is getting easier afterwards.
4:10 it happened to me once, leg stucked in jug, no injury, but fall was not nice. Since then I have little issue to trust high heel, when I do not so static moves. Dont wanna fall head first :/
Your guide videos are incredibly well put together and the information in them is fantastic. Thanks for all the hard work!
Glad you like them!
What a great video! I really love the depth and details. The small animations make the viewing experience even better. Keep up the good work!
OOhh wow perfect tutorial again!! didn't know all the variations of toe and heel hooks! Thanks!
Very elegant falls❤
Didn't waste any time on that one! Just straight to the point useful explanations!
Thank you!
Great tips! Also, how fun to see my local climbing gym in the vid :)
Her technique, flexibility and movement is flawless! Love it!
Incredible video quality as always🤩
Thank you for mentioning to be careful when placing heel hooks on hugs.

Awesome video!!
I think there is a typo maybe “plantarflexion with resistance” should be “dorsiflexion”(?)
Oh that’s true 😭
Enjoyed the vid. Would you turn the background music down a little
I injured my knee placing a heel in a huge jug that trapped my foot
😬
heel hooking on a training board...no bueno
