    Nice video. I love toe hooks, and (for me) it's easier to find them on the wall as heel hooks. So, I will try to use heel hooks during warm-ups; maybe finding them within the gym is getting easier afterwards.

    4:10 it happened to me once, leg stucked in jug, no injury, but fall was not nice. Since then I have little issue to trust high heel, when I do not so static moves. Dont wanna fall head first :/

    I think there is a typo maybe “plantarflexion with resistance” should be “dorsiflexion”(?)
