David, I am so glad you were able to get out and enjoy the sunshine. I love that you are willing to share your emotions, fears, and what brings you joy. As a breast cancer survivor, I applaud you. I think if you don’t express your feelings, it can be tough on you. In addition to cancer, I also had to have open heart surgery. Plus, I am in the “elderly “ bracket. (67). Like you, I fear that they would pass me over if I got the virus. This is all very scary and it seems like a nightmare. It is hard to believe that this is happening in our country. I guess I am supposed to be writing things to cheer you up, but please understand that your words express what so many of us feel, but cannot verbalize. You are such an inspiration to so many people. We are staying home, cooking all our meals, and washing our hands. I am sure you are doing the same! Stay strong, my friend, and know that you have many people praying for you. I look forward to hearing some good results on the 9th! In the meantime, enjoy that sunshine 🌞! Sending prayers and hugs from North Carolina!

Hi David, in Turkey everyday disease is increasing , before starting pandemic in Turkey, my father got scan in the hospital. The results is good. He doesn't have any metastaz in his body. I think ayurvedic medicines helps him. He was at the III.stage before operation. Looks still well his health. After covid 19, he escaped to the mountain house and lockdown himself. I lockdown myself at home and work home office. You are looking great and your mood also wonderful , shining. You are really strong man. Many people and I are waiting for your update. We are praying for you and sending to you positive thoughts and wishes, energies from our hearts, keep going with this mood, big lots of hugs, you are precious
Ulfet, I am so happy your father is doing well and was able to get away to his mountain house. You make sure you are staying safe yourself. Big virtual hugs to you my friend!
I would like to update that my father is surviving in his life after 4 years and no any metastase in somewhere in his body. Rest in peace David. You are our in heart
Hi David, so nice to see you outside and enjoying the sunshine. You’re doing just about all you can to stay safe and be healthy. It’s ok to be scared. Now is a most appropriate time to be scared. And try not to live there. Sending you love. Jude and Katie.
Hey David, from SC. Yes this is all terrifying. I'm very high risk from several lung and heart problems. I'm scared too. Completely staying home and not seeing anyone. For anything. Tears come from depression and STRESS from it all. So sad for all the death and heartbreak I see on the TV. I live alone, thank God for my 3 little dogs. Music is helping. Jamming to all my favorites. Praying for the April 9th tests. Much love from Granny in SC.
Hi David, I am still working. Its a risk, I could stop but I keep busy. I like helping people Staying busy keeps my mind off all that is going on. I wear my PPE and keep my distance as much as possible. So many are not so fortunate. I feel blessed and always am concerned for you.
Hey from Australia, my thoughts are with you, this is very scary, especially in US at the moment. All you can do is try and keep positive and stay inside you safety zone and give thanks for that. Every night I go to bed I appreciate my beautiful bed in my little house that keeps me safe. xx
Hi David. It sure is nice to see you giving your update from your sun shiny deck. Hang in there! It's our 20th day indoors but I get to go to doctors appointments on Monday. Maybe I'll be able to wave at my daughter from afar. She is in strict isolation (Holly works in a nursing home). This pamdenic has affected everyone and we can celebrate when we are out of harms way. Good luck on Apr 9. Praying for good news.
I'm keeping you and everyone in the world in my prayers . Try not to let the fear overtake you. I understand that it's very real life as i am in the high risk category to .I trust GOD will see us through these times .💟
Hey David it's great to see you both again. I hope the trial continues to do well for you and will be waiting to hear about your results in April. I have been trying to find new hobbies. I started baking a lot and researching starting my own vegetable garden. I think my house is the cleanliest it has ever been. I have been tackling a new project everyday of things I have been putting off. I rest in between and try and pace myself. You made a good point about the respirators not going to people like us. Don't let it stress you, focus on the things you can control, I know for a fact it is easier said than done, I am in the same situation. I am glad you have someone to go thru this with you. I am alone aside from my parents who I see weekly and my dog. I find comfort in your videos because we have the same disease and because you really get the point across well. Have a bright sunny shinny day!
Also recovering from "pneumonia" and its not going away I am on my 2nd round of antibiotics and my chemo was canceled. My best chance of survival is amputation below my right knee (2 LMS tumors) and surgery on the left (2 more LMS tumors). My family was in shock as we just got the news before COVID-19 outbreak happened in US and I was to start Doxarubicin every 3 weeks for 4 rounds. I heard its called the red devil and will knock your finger nails off. It is scary. I felt like I was about to have to jump off the high dive and boom it was canceled. My LMS originally started in my IVC and was wrapped in my intestines and I had 5 weeks of radiation, then a 12 hr surgery to remove 10cm total, it was wrapped like a squid and attached to my back. I lost my kidney and recovered, but I kept complaining for 3 years to my oncologist and doctors about my legs and finally 3 years later they found 4 masses in my lower extremities (calves) the right one is on a nerve and they recommend amputation because I am stage iv now. I want to but my family is not there yet emotionally/mentally. I am thinking of having the surgeries as suggested.
My first chemo was the red devil but I had very minor side effects. Never lost my finger nails, nausea was controlled with meds and the biggest issue was fatigue. You will get though this. I am sending positive affirmations for positive outcomes for you. Big virtual hugs my friend.
Hello from Tennessee, I will be praying 🙏🏻 for you on the ninth. I am from a small town near Chattanooga we lost a small child here , and to be honest I am afraid to even get my mail from the mailbox. Stay safe , always enjoy hearing from you.
