This is off the scale, top of the line, work. So naturally, I’m going raise the bar and say a sound unit and a driver are required. I recommend the ESS ONE+…it’s expensive but works great and their hardware product support is fantastic (the softeare support for their app is not so strong, but the app is good)

@@KobtsevRC You certainly cannot dunk any sound unit that I know of. I keep the ESS in the silky plastic bag it came in, where I can , as I do for Power Stroke (an SCX-10 with an ESS under the hood pointed up to get a deeper sound off the bodyshell). However, I never run Power Stroke in water more than hub deep. But I have recently strapped one to the top of the Bomber that I run in the woods, with the speaker pointed towards the roof...and rolled it many times. The box & cabling of the ESS is tough, that's for sure...like a battery. But the speaker cone must be susceptible to water, surely.
@@KobtsevRC The trails get pretty bad. Can’t walk them till they dry out. Can’t drive on the either. It only makes them worse. So it’s best to wait. As for where I am. Well that would be the mountains of Pennsylvania.
