I'd just love to witness this thing take down the average rice-burner from a dead stop at a stoplight. I'll bet he could even sandbag 'em too, the look on their faces would be priceless!
I keep thinking the same thing, and having to come back to look. Trying to decide on a color for a project '76 PW Adventurer crew cab factory 440 truck I'm about to start work on. Really like this color, especially in low light, overcast conditions. Curious always looks like sunflower yellow, with a dash of limelight added, to my eyes. Fun color and killer truck!
"I don't think there really a part on this motor that's not beefed up. He likes to spend his money." Looks like that is money well spent! Super sweet, looks goods and sounds great!
This is my buddies truck so I don't know everything about it. Its a 440 obviously. There really is nothing stock about it. Crank pistons rods heads exhaust tranny rearend is all built. He used to have a huge shot of nitrous bit that was before he redid the motor. I don't think there really a part on this motor that's not beefed up. He likes to spend his money.
That's a pretty serious engine to blow off a pair of at least 35".... maybe as big as 38" tires. Must be a big stroker like a 500- 545ci with worked 906s or aftermarket heads and all the supporting mods. Real shame Dodge quit making real trucks around 1978, they still had the 360 till 2002 and the Cummins was a bright spot but nothing is like a 383, 400, 413, 426 or 440 Wedge.
@Enterta1nmentVideos haha agreed. I got a 5.7L V8 350 in my silverado. its just my winter vehicle. but its bad on gas, even compared to my skyline lol :D
Pretty much. They were the weight of a small block with the dementions of a big block. Hell of a feet on Dodges part. I think the years were closer to 1987-1989.
I was a big time Chevy man for years and dodge. But Chevy has gone to shit now. My 2012 Silverado was shit no more Chevy for me. Dodge all the way! Except a 65 all the way to early 2000 Chevrolet I would still have. But not anything new than that.
@Sportfury440 OK thanks,I love this yellow! Is it the same as your fury??? Saw your channel and your fury, nice. Thanks again for the info,I will look those colors and codes up and see if they will work!
No its a mid-block. They once thought to make it a big block but steel was expensive and they had to cut back. So unfortunately we only have the Mid-block instead of the actuall BIG-block.
Anthony, get a clue. any decent V8 may get a small one going but they won't keep it going. the heat build up makes even the hardest tires start to grab. friction and rubber don't mix. why do you think they water down the burn out box at the strip? nice truck.
hey I heard that the dukes of hazzard bleached their tires before the burnout after the jump over roscos car in the pilot. what do you think about bleach on tires before a burnout?
that is one of my dream trucks but this one is about a 74-75 which I wouldn't mind taking but I kinda want the 77-78 dodge d-100 and 78 dodge ramcharger so so bad. maybe I'll be able to get one one day.
its actually a 79, well the grille is atleast, the 72-76 trucks had a different grille, then the 77-78 trucks had the same grille except the turn signal lenses are clear on the 77 and orange on the 78, and the 79-80 trucks had the same grille that you could get with either the round headlights like this truck, or stacked square ones
Jake Morris yep I know about the 77 lense being clear and the 78 amber and the 72-76 being different but I though they ended the body style in 79 but it like you said went to 80. Hmm I wonder why dodge look like it went back to the 72-76 grille setup in 80.
+timothy twogood no way 1979 had square headlights. looks like 1973-1976 the blinker lights are under the headlights. Your 1980 doesn't have the correct grill if its the same as this one.
+fck the only thing missing is u do your homework bud, this is an 80, 81 is when they brought the square headlights. in 79 and 80 they had the round headlights which were the base model ones. there was an option for quad rectangle halogens in both years. I can tell its an 80 because 79 had an all chrome grille but in 80 they added the black in the mesh.
What color is that,I know its yellow, but do you know the paint code. I got a 77 I just bought I plan on restoring. Does anyone know where to get parts for older dodge trucks?Have an 87 as well, hard to find old dodge truck parts.
@Enterta1nmentVideos Well, you know..... Yeah, my 350 is bad enough. Check out the Dodge 440 under "uploads" on my page. I just uploaded it last night!
That 440 sounds really healthy!!
great looking ride man, and a kick ass burnout!!
I'd just love to witness this thing take down the average rice-burner from a dead stop at a stoplight.
I'll bet he could even sandbag 'em too, the look on their faces would be priceless!
very true mopar is one of the few company's that can make neon colors look good on a car

That's a really nice pw man. Got 3 of them myself. Love em! !!
I had two built 440s they were beasts one in a 71 gtx the other in a ,,85 dodge two wheel drive..
"I don't think there really a part on this motor that's not beefed up. He likes to spend his money."
Looks like that is money well spent! Super sweet, looks goods and sounds great!
Distinct Mopar big block sound !
That truck looks and sounds great

Maybe with the brakes on, but this guys is doing a raw power burnout, (though it is burning out up hill so I'm sure that helped it).
Very graceful the way that ass end eased in all directions. Well done.

Damn I love Dodge.... :)
Nice truck I love the older Dodge trucks
I'm in love that is definitely a runner
Nice truck I got a 440 2wd 87 on 33s
Pretty much. They were the weight of a small block with the dementions of a big block. Hell of a feet on Dodges part. I think the years were closer to 1987-1989.
what a fucking beast, holy sheep shit nice fucking truck wow
And that....... IS MOPAR POWER. You can't beat it anywhere.
im a chevy guy but i love these dodge trucks!
I was a big time Chevy man for years and dodge. But Chevy has gone to shit now. My 2012 Silverado was shit no more Chevy for me. Dodge all the way! Except a 65 all the way to early 2000 Chevrolet I would still have. But not anything new than that.
Dodge is the best!
Damn what a burnout
@EJthecountryboyGRAY Looks like Curious Yellow / Citron Yella, paint code is GY3.

Holy Mother Mopar! Jesus Chrysler!.. That's Badass!...
@Sportfury440 Yeah thanks for the info man! Its appreciated!
Just beautiful 🤩
@Sportfury440 OK thanks,I love this yellow!
Is it the same as your fury???
Saw your channel and your fury, nice.
Thanks again for the info,I will look those colors and codes up and see if they will work!
Wow. What exhaust does your friend have on it? Sounds perfect

Sweet truck is this curious yellow or what yellow is that, it looks sick. Nice ride.
we have an old dodge water truck from the fire department and its painted in fire service yellow looks identical to this one
I hope it’s a different color 11 years later nice truck tho
beautiful truck man. come check out my lifted orange 1990 Dodge Ram w150 sometime
No its a mid-block. They once thought to make it a big block but steel was expensive and they had to cut back. So unfortunately we only have the Mid-block instead of the actuall BIG-block.
Impressive
im a chevy guy myself, but that theres one nice dodge
Good job boyee
fuck!!!! that was cool!!! nice work!!!!
nice !!!
My dodge does that if im not careful, love my powerwagon an the 440 in it
thats worth a thumbs up
What's your favorite sounding engine and why is it the 440 Mopar
sweet truck
that was fuckin awesome
omfg that was awsome!!!!!!
Badass
@DriveDodgeRam ya the 440 is a big block.
@beardydragon13 nice truck, ive got a 79 pw in corvete yellow! what lift u got?
@EJthecountryboyGRAY Same color...1971 High Impact color...
Rumour has it, he's still smoking the tires today.
Nice ram
MOPAR!
that is one of my dream trucks but this one is about a 74-75 which I wouldn't mind taking but I kinda want the 77-78 dodge d-100 and 78 dodge ramcharger so so bad. maybe I'll be able to get one one day.

Aziz Lamar yeah idk not entirely sure why, but i still think the 77-78 grille looks the best
Jake Morris yep you're right. Do you have one? D-100 or ramcharger I mean?
Aziz Lamar no i dont, ive always wanted a square body dodge truck tho, especially a 72-80
DAMN!
judgeing by the other marks, hes done this several times
Thought the old power wagons were always 4x4 - what mods did you do?
Man, I wish I had a 440...
how did he convert every thing im trying to convert auto 318 with a standard 440 not sure how to should post video on how he did it
sweeeet truck. but like 5mi/gal..
I had to watch it twice..=)
Thats good, but this is still a 440
engine specs please!!!!!! i want my 2 wheel drive longbox to do that!
ccwagner1 guessing by the headlights and grill I'd say 79 or 80, I've got an 80 d150 and its the same grill/headlight setup.
+timothy twogood no way 1979 had square headlights. looks like 1973-1976 the blinker lights are under the headlights. Your 1980 doesn't have the correct grill if its the same as this one.
no this is a 73-74-75-76. in 77, dodge changed the front clip to one single round headlight and a standing turn/park lens.
+fck the only thing missing is u do your homework bud, this is an 80, 81 is when they brought the square headlights. in 79 and 80 they had the round headlights which were the base model ones. there was an option for quad rectangle halogens in both years. gota love that kind of pavement when you filming a burnout for yt
Nice
my 318 surprisingly can do that :D
Even a mini van can do it. He's holding the brake and gas at the same time.
Do it again but in 4-HI!
only dodge can smoke both tires like that without blowing up lol
What color is that,I know its yellow, but do you know the paint code. I got a 77 I just bought I plan on restoring. Does anyone know where to get parts for older dodge trucks?Have an 87 as well, hard to find old dodge truck parts.
damn. those tires got less tread left than my ex wife
Thats back when dodge were trucks.
Beauty
Kick ass
hell yea!!!
Wowzers I just made a mess of my trousers...
wuh-HELLLYEEAAAHH
what size lift n tires?
My full time 4x4 won't do that...ask me how I know
Get a part time kit for the NP203 if that's what ya got...
@TheDeJureTour Do you? That burnout prolly caost him half a tank :p
hey is the Dodge 440 a big block?
Let's see it
@DriveDodgeRam 440 are big blocks
thats a nice truck man, how much hp are you runnin in this?
He's probably pushing 12-13HP, maybe 15HP since it sounds like a healthy BBM.
Wow, 12-13HP per kilo. Since it's a 2,700 kilo vehicle, it must be pushing out 32,400 - 35,100 hp..
Impressive.
LMFBO
I'm a Chrysler freak been one for 50 years but why don't you let off the brake
do you know what size lift it has?
Have headers?
@Enterta1nmentVideos Well, you know.....
Yeah, my 350 is bad enough. Check out the Dodge 440 under "uploads" on my page. I just uploaded it last night!
