My doctor said it was PVD and I had to abstain from exercise for months to ensure I didn't harm my retina. I try to mention it when I see the subject of microcurrent come up, in case the precaution can help someone else.

I also have been using the Timeless Co-Q10 and I have used Dr Dennis Gross peel pads. Both are so good. Lots of goodies in this video including some I might have to get next. The Ordinary Copper gives me itchy/irritated skin, so I wont be buying Niod. But The Ordinary Buffet (without) Copper has reduced the depth of my deeper lines, and 11's by 70%ish. But Ive used it for 9 years. 🌞
I’ve only discovered how good copper is in my skincare routine since last year. My current favourite is the Biossance squalane + copper peptides serum - the blue tinge is a fun addition when I’m applying it on my skin.

I've tried the LED current body mask and Nira, both didn't make any difference to my skin and Nira was really unpleasant to use because when it misfires it hurts badly. I get overwhelmed and frustrated when trying to figure out which products shouldn’t be used with others. Right now I use the Dr Dennis Gross Derminfusions in my morning routine with Naturiums Vitamin C Super Serum, but maybe I’m not getting either of their full benefits using them together? But neither should be used at night with Retinol either, is that right? Would appreciate your guidance. Thank you! 🌺 🇨🇦
Totally understandable and sometimes I get overwhelmed too 😉 What you are doing with using DDG serum in the morning and Naturium at night is perfect. You don't have to use them twice daily as once a day is sufficient. One may or may not experience additional irritation using the two together but using them separately is perfectly fine to achieve beautiful results. Using Retinol and Vitamin C can be a harsh pairing for some.
I am confused about how you incorporate copper peptides into your routine since it is not paired with vitamin c or tretinoin. Could you please share when you use it?

Matrixyl helps improve skin elasticity and minimize fine lines where as Argireline relaxes facial muscles which is why people refer to this as "botox in a bottle." Using both can be very beneficial 😉 Q10 can be used with Tretinoin 💗

Meh, save your money for in -office procedures. Even a "simple" dermapen procedure makes much more difference than the copper peptide: been there, no effects.

I don’t understand how anybody can use that small amount. I thought it was just a joke on the label to get it to last longer because let’s face it - just a pea size covers my two under eyes and uses up that amount. What about the rest of the face?

Ok, so I thought the same when I first started Tretinoin almost 6 years ago and had troubles applying it evenly across the skin with that little amount but I found if I apply an essence and a serum before Tretinoin then I am able to use a pea sized amount as I have that slip before hand.
I am not too certain on that. I have done little research on taking q10 orally. I am sure it's beneficial but not sure how it would compare to topically.
No you don't need the ZIIP if you already have the NuFACE especially if you are enjoying the results. I have both devices and I personally like the ZIIP better as it's a smaller device, quicker to use and it has that "Nanocurrent" technology that the NuFACE doesn't have.

I heard you could only live there three months at a time is this true? I am so sorry to hear that. I feel like we all have doubts on where we live and how our country is evolving. Canada has changed a lot over the years and not necessarily for the best. Our healthcare is pretty decent but cost of living has gone up a lot over the years, especially in Ontario. I honestly don't know how easy it is to move to Canada and how you would even start the process. You could try going onto the www.canada.ca/en.html website as there would most likely be a lot of info on there. Wishing you the best of luck💗
