i personally use Reedle Shot 3 times a week for months, no side effect - but i usually rest my skin once a week by not applying a.n.y.thing
That’s probably unknown, bc microneedling yourself hasn’t been around for that long to have known long-term side effects! For me, I still don’t get why face scrubs (even good formulated ones) had their reputation ruined, while people agreed this product was a good idea (and well formulated scrubs are way milder than needling the skin).

medicube device love??? i dont use it with reedle shot togetherrrrr i dont use it in same routineeee!! i def prefer switching off like 2 weeks or reedle shot 2-3times a week then after 2-3weeks or 4 weeks of medicube device striaght or 2-3days apart!!!

How many types of serums can we layer on in our skincare routine? Currently I'm doing a Vit C serum, followed by Green tomato serum and sometimes add on innisfree green tea seed serum and sunscreen in the morning and for the night routine i use Reedle shot 100 with Isoi blemish care serum and VT Cica Reti A serum followed by light moisturiser. Is that too excessive? I'm an oily skin girlie.

I love using Benton Vitamin C serum as my morning antioxidant and in this hot weather (30 C) it feels like a barrier protecting my skin.
and with eye serum from BOJ I like to use it when I use harsh retinol-ish products, you know when you use prescription retinols you have to do it the right way, and you have to avoid sensitive parts of the face like eyes, this is where this serum comes in. I always used eye creams to put on some kind of protective layer, so retinols won't come to these parts, and if I use BOJ serum I have protection from retinols and benefits from retinols at the same time. Eat cake and have cake.
Can you use the iso serum with actives like bha and retinol?

If I wash my face in the morning, after the Biodance mask, will that “film layer” go away? I rly like to wash my face I the A.M, even on Winter (helps the acne I get from inflammation), but the mask is too expensive to not have the effects, so I’m wondering if that’s a fit for me!

I have really oily skin and it works well for me. It isn’t as drying as a stronger retinal/retinol is.
I really wanted to love the Benton vitamin C serum but it feels sooo oily on my skin and doesn't really absorb into my skin, idk if it's just me or if I'm doing something wrong :(
