HI Wade. I am so glad that I found you. I played classical music as a child but stopped in high school. Forty years later I learned some chords to play with my worship team. However in 2003 I had an awful experience while in the hospital for a spinal fusion and was given an injection of a horrible drug. The Hellucinations, body thrashing and sensation of my body being clawed open and on fire,, has caused a traumatic change in my life the last twenty years. But praise God that that music touches the deepest part of us and lifts our spirit with hope, peace and joy. You have been anointed with a special gift and you will be blessed for sharing your gift with so many others. Your voice is pleasant and your way of teaching is easy to follow. The Holy Spirit has been urging me to fight through the trauma that has kept me bound and far away from my love of praise and worship. It wasn't by chance that I just happened to search for the song What a Beautiful Name tonight. The Holy Spirit is never late and He knew that you had something special for me. So, thank you Wade and may God bless you richly for being a faithful servant.

I would love it on the tutorials, if you could mark on your keyboard where the middle c is. I'm on my piano and it can take a while to orient myself as to where you are playing. It's only a tiny thing but would be so helpful.
Hopetoun Street I I will try and remember to do that in the future. For all the past videos just no that the best place to play chords with your right hand is over middle C. I use inversions to keep the right hand over that area because that's where it sounds the best.
pianomeditation thanks for that. Yes, it's harder than it looks. I haven't played in over 15 years & I was previously more used to playing chords with the left hand and the single notes with the right. Feels a bit like trying to write left handed at the moment but it's been interesting enough to captivate my attention til 3.30am. Church is going to hurt in the morning- oops.

Thanks so much for this tutorial. I have a question about the fills. You are using D chord's pentatonic scale, then how about when you got to the A chord in "most high", do you switch to A pentatonic scale?
