- Alex's V-Trigger is very fun to work with I must say, sadly a lot of things are sooooo close to working without actually doing so though. I imagine you can get a lot out of advanced trade set-ups thanks to its insane hitstun, like the final combo of this video.

His scaling seems off. Not via the resets or situational combos like using enemy projectiles to cancel and recover faster, his critical art scales weirdly in some combos and one combo against bison barely did 20% with critical. Hmm... Could this be due to his taunt mechanic or is cap on considering reworking the damage balance for future tournaments?
They don't want the guard break mechanic being OP. It's prolly like Ryu's Denjin mode hadokens. When they guard break any damage after is scaled by 50%.
If somebody did that combo to me where they purposely step back so they only get the last two hits of the super in a game, I'd be salty as hell.
