Running shoes are very expensive for the flagship models. I just got into running this year, and if it weren't for the cheaper Renew Run options, I would never have been able to afford to enter the hobby. Not everyone can afford a $180-$285 Infinity/Alpha running shoe. I wouldn't be running if it weren't for the Renews... so for that, Nike did very well for the model...
You should have started with the design and price and material composition sole, midsole, upper etc. The reality of running in it. And then a review of your experience and everything in between.
I started wkth the Downshifter 9 or 10 and I loved them. Light, comfortable, and just...good. I never thought about my feet when running which is about as much as you can ask for with shoes at this price point.
I notice you say the feel is comparable to a winflo - which I've seen being recommended for underpronation. Dyou think this is ok for someone who underpronates w a high arch? Thanks.
Thank you for the review. You should review the Nike React Escape Run. That shoe is a winner! Feels like a lighter (30gr./1oz lighter in my UK8), softer and yet more cushioned Miler. I think that the shoe is gonna be a huge success for running and for people standing all day. My first run was 25km and it was buttery smooth. The only downside I'm seeing at 50km. is that the Escape is really dirty and hard to clean up and it soaks water like a sponge but thats a very nitpicky thing. The price is a crazy for a shoe that I feel can go toe to toe with the infinity.
@@trendingstories5498 it was and i do not know why it happened...i was so excited, i love the design and i love the brand...as soon as i bought it, i immediately went for a long run, then halfway, i started feeling sore. i was using ankle socks.
Same experience. I wore it yesterday for the first time. Felt something painful at the back of my feet. Skipped today’s run coz of the painful blisters.
Nike Renew is the worst Nike running shoes I've ever worn. I never had any knee problems running over 10 years but suddenly my knee gave out while wearing these. I had to be on crutches for months. I haven't had any problems ever since I ditched these. Do not buy these!!!!!
They’re perfect on the treadmill for 5K with an elevation of 1.0. You can get some solid speed out of them.

Friendly advice - when you hold the shoe make sure it's always visible.
Noted!
Usually when the size tag is on the inside instead of the tongue,it is a free version and socks are NOT supposed to be worn.
Great review. Planning to buy either Rival Run 3 or Pegasus 38 or 39.
I'd try to look if you have reviewed it already.
Thanks!

Great review
Just starting out running, should I go for the renew run 2 or the downshifter 10?

nice review✌️
I would love to cop me those. I already have the downshifters 10. Do they fit the same or tighter?
is it same with the nike renew serenity run?
Good but after 10km feet start hurting very uncomfortable.
Renew or winflo?
Hello! can i use this show to train at home?
Lets go run
They are not trail shoes. Why would u run on a trail with them?
well they're not really trails...
Aren't you holding the Renew Run 1?
GRACIAS
Renew run 2 gave injury to my ankle. My bloodstain is on the shoes. Time to dump it. Disappointing!
