After applying for an EB3 visa and having my case in administrative process for more than 6 months, finally this week and after a complaint to the State Department, my documents were returned with a visa denial. I was only verbally informed of the denial. Can I appeal? To which instance? I consider that there has been bad consular work, the staff was not even prepared for an interview under this visa category for not having experience in it.

Hey monika, did u apply for Eb3 Unskilled workers? Because denials of this visa should be so rare like u will be denied if just have (criminal record, health issues and false documents)

Good morning madame, i was denied a dv lottery visa few days ago at the us embassy in cameroon. The consulate officers said i wasn't qualified because by my time of application i was traditionally married to my wife and we had a daughter (2years old). My visa was rejected on grounds of marriage fraud. In cameroon we have 2 system of law common and civil law. With the common law where i am from recognizing traditional marriage. I dnt seem to understand why honesty in my application has cause my case to be denied. Please is there any possibility of appealing?

How can I reach out for a consultation? I’m doing cross chargebility with my soon to be wife. I started the process for EB3 but at the start of the process she sent of her perm application for her EB2. It’s an odd case bc she’s H1B from China and I’m a DACA recipient from Mexico both in engineering jobs.

Thanks for answer, but these are horrible statics!! 61% denial!! I applied for eb3 unskilled workers, so of 61% denial it's crazy! All people and all lawyers said " they can deny you of i just have a bad criminal record or dangerous medical issues or wrong documents " that's it for denials. What do you think?

Hi, i'm planning with my American girlfriend to marry and apply for CR1 Visa, But I have been registering on Dv Lottery for all past 10 years, Would this effect our application for Cr1 visa if they know that? because it would seem to them Like I just want to emigrate there in whatever way.
