A woman is not legally bound to give her kidney, lung, or any other organ to a BORN child of hers to keep that BORN child alive. Why should she donate her organ function and make herself even MORE vulnerable while there is a parasite living inside of her body if she CHOOSES to stop that invasion? If she chooses to ALLOW her body to bring another BORN person into the world I applaud that. But I also KNOW the sacrifice of my body because I am a mother who gave birth to the most brilliant male ever born lolololololol. I DECIDED that I was willing to do that to my body in a high risk situation so that I could pass my genetic material to another POTENTIAL Human Being...but for a MAN to dictate what should happen to MY body when HIS body is not affected is not only offensive but immoral.

This is not complicated. The majority cannot discriminate against the minority, if they could their would be no rights. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Pub.L. 88-352, 78 Stat. 241, enacted July 2, 1964) is a landmark piece of civil rights legislation in the United States[4] that outlawed discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.[5] It ended unequal application of voter registration requirements and racial segregation in schools, at the workplace and by facilities that served the general public (known as "public accommodations").
Powers given to enforce the act were initially weak, but were supplemented during later years. Congress asserted its authority to legislate under several different parts of the United States Constitution, principally its power to regulate interstate commerce under Article One (section 8), its duty to guarantee all citizens equal protection of the laws under the Fourteenth Amendment and its duty to protect voting rights under the Fifteenth Amendment. The Act was signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson on July 2, 1964, at the White House.
There were white business owners who claimed that Congress did not have the constitutional authority to ban segregation in public accommodations. For example, Moreton Rolleston, the owner of a motel in Atlanta, Georgia, said he should not be forced to serve black travelers, saying, "the fundamental question…is whether or not Congress has the power to take away the liberty of an individual to run his business as he sees fit in the selection and choice of his customers".[46] Rolleston claimed that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was a breach of the Fourteenth Amendment and also the violated the Fifth and Thirteenth Amendments by depriving him of "liberty and property without due process".[46] In Heart of Atlanta Motel v. United States, the Supreme Court held that Congress drew its authority from the Constitution's Commerce Clause, rejecting Rolleston's claims.
Despite its lack of influence during its time, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 had considerable impact on later civil rights legislation in the United States. It paved the way for future legislation that was not limited to African American civil rights. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, “the most important piece of federal legislation since the Civil Rights Act of 1964”,[49] was influenced both by the structure and substance of the previous Civil Rights Act of 1964. The act was arguably of equal importance, and “draws substantially from the structure of that landmark legislation [Civil Rights Act of 1964]”.[49] The Americans With Disabilities Act paralleled its landmark predecessor structurally, drawing upon many of the same titles and statutes. For example, “Title I of the ADA, which bans employment discrimination by private employers on the basis of disability, parallels Title VII of the Act”.[49] Similarly, Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which “proscribes discrimination on the basis of disability in public accommodations, tracks Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and expands upon “the list of public accommodations covered”.[49] The Americans with Disabilities Act extended “the principle of nondiscrimination to people with disabilities”,[49] an idea unsought in the United States before the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Act also influenced later civil rights legislation such as the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Civil Rights Act of 1968, aiding not only African Americans, but also women.

I have no problem saying i am anti-theist. Their god can't exist according to their own bible. If their bible is the written word of their god, then their god is wrong on just about everything from cosmology, paleontology, to biology. For an all powerful, all knowing god, it's a very stupid god. "Intelligent designer" their having a laugh.

This is entirely impossible to listen to. Everyone seems to be so keen on getting Nate into a "gotcha" a few people end up shouting over top of everyone else, drowing out other voices I'd like to hear, including Nate, and the conversation goes nowhere.

i certainly wasn't trying to get nate into a gotcha moment as out of all the subjects covered there was mostly agreement on them, with any hangout it is very difficult to monitor as its very hard to know who is talking as there can be quite a lag across the airwaves
