I noticed that too. It gave a wonderful bump to Bill Whithers’ original song. She could easily have released her cover as a single, but she has big things coming in February ❤️

She absolutely slayed that! She could sustain for days and the ease on her F#5 and G5 here was amazing. Great tone. She was trending after this performance getting so much praise. We love a VOCALIST

Very informative. There are few covers that appeal to me. But I must say she has caught the very essence of this work - as it was defined by Bill Withers. The groove, (oh! The groove!) the softness, the joyful punches. I was so saddened by Mr. Withers’ passing - but this was like his torch had been passed on to us through her. A thrilling performance.

I loved this song when Bill Withers sang it and here again by Demi Lovato. I have actually started every day since January 21st singing and dancing to Demi’s performance with my dog Rupert who has kidney failure. He smiles through the song every time. Attitude plays such a big part in everything and how can you not feel good after waking up and dancing to Demi singing this song. I saw your video today for the first time and loved your explanations and especially your enthusiasm. When people love what they are doing it spreads. Thank you
