When are you going to fix connection problems with your app in CIS region? It is not working at all for more then weeks. Nobody cares about that. It isn't possible to connect with support. Also we've tried alternative ways to connect using OpenVpn, WireGuard. It doesn't work too =) You have to focus on the service and stability instead of ad and marketing
Despite using the VPN app and selecting a different location, whenever I check my IP address on Google it shows my real location rather than the chosen one. So you are essentially advertising an unlawful product scam!

Hi! Yep, Surfshark has a feature called "IP Rotator" that rotates your IP (fits the name, I know!) every every 10-15 mins or so. You can't set your own rotation as of this moment. For your second question, yes, Surfshark has a 30-day money back guarantee policy so you get plenty of time to try it and see if you want to keep it!
This time interval provided the best user experience while keeping the privacy benefits. Switching your IP too often can yield more CAPTCHA requests and some websites refusing to load in general. You can however switch your VPN locations manually via the app locations screen

You can setup the Surfshark app to connect automatically on every platform. I'm not sure which device you're using but at least on Windows all you have to do is go to the settings -> then VPN settings and check "launch app on startup" as well as auto-connect. Hope that helps!

Roku TVs unfortunately don't support VPNs by default so the only option is to share the VPN via router connection or Windows PC :(
