- Hey guys 👋 This is a showcase video of all the new bosses and mini-bosses that I found in the Elden Ring Reforged mod. I didn't try to No-Hit them, so it's "Yes Hit Fights" 😁 All these boss fights were interesting. Overall I definitely recommend trying this mod 👍

Elden Ring is an action role-playing game played in a third-person perspective with gameplay focusing on combat and exploration aswell as pvp and rpg elements; it features elements similar to those found in other games developed by FromSoftware, such as the Souls series, Bloodborne, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and other soulslike games. Director Hidetaka Miyazaki explained that players start with a linear opening but eventually progress to freely explore the Lands Between, including its six main areas, as well as castles, fortresses, and catacombs scattered throughout the open world map. And with a lore deeper than the abyss of hell aswell as ost better than any other.

I appreciate how visually simplistic the bosses are. i can't stand the vfx overload that other ER mods are obsessed with
Same, I’ve seen people trying to hype up the fights in the Garden of Eyes “overhaul” while I can’t even fucking tell what’s happening cuz they’re just spamming so many effects that it makes my eyes bleed
@@ashes336same with The Converge mod too. To a lesser extend yeah but even that mod has total eye overload boases like The Scion.
@@ashes336The Zenith of Time area in Garden of Eyes’s mod is incredibly garish and horrendous, it makes the game look like a Roblox Obby.
@@draw2death421I personally enjoy converge mod more than reforged, but I will say that it can be pretty over the top at times.
Overall, both are solid mods made by talented teams, unlike garden of eyes which hides his terrible mod behind a paywall.
honestly, what aggravates me to no end is that GoE decided it was a good idea to paywall a mod to begin with. why would i bother paying to play his mod when i can just go for another mod like Convergence or reforged.

The fellthorn spirit is so sick, reminds me of the Balrog in LOTR
It's the Old Demon King from DS3. While it is cool, it's not anything new.

I love measures used in this mod to replace some of the more questionable repeatead bosses. Even just having the unique variant of the same repeated boss is refreshing. Here is hoping that they replace Godefroy, the most embarrassing repeated boss in souls history.
I'm a team member of Reforged (mapper and QA) and trust me I very much want Godefroy to receive an overhaul.

They should have just used The Scion and giving it a unique head model.
I always thought Godefroy is nothing more than joke by the devs, first the Godefroy is a joke name not a real name a play on Godfrey, and he has no significance whatsoever to the lore or story. Plus he looks exactly like Godrick. I don't know I thought it was obvious that the devs were poking fun at themselves for the repeated world bosses.
The Nightmaiden boss fight fits so well

The opening really surprised me and sucked me right in. Great sense of humour. Loved how you made the tree sentinel work on foot, and also happy you added another at Dectus. Always felt one belonged there. And love the use of the stray demon from DS3! Looks like a good mod, will check it out.

Basically less overused bosses(Tree spirit/npc boss) and more underused bosses(Lion/Fire chief/Nox/Alabaster)!
Spellcasting crucible knight is my fav
i like the fact that the camera zooms out more when fighting the tree sentinel now.
Man… I really love that over the shoulder sheathe on your back. Why can’t games think to do this? The claymore in the 2nd fight with dog boss. It’s so simple but so aesthetically pleasing. Also you’re really good bro lol

is the dismounted tree sentinel just the dragonslayer armor moveset from ds3? not that thats a bad thing because its a great fight and seems to work well, just curious cuz it seems very similar
definitly is, look at the overhead slam and fake posture break
I would say 80% is Dragonslayer Armor moveset, he has new projectile attack and new follow up’s in P2 + counterattack if you hit the shield.

The fellthorn spirit looks so cool! Its like a mix between the Bed of Chaos and a Deathclaw

I love how much more engaging they make the crucible knight fight become by simply removing the shield and make them more aggresive (that and mixing moveset of both varient). I always hated the garbage time of waiting for the guarding sword cruible knight to do something.

Azash is cool, though I wouldn’t have given him omen horns because nobody in the Lands Between is proud of an omen…
Fun fact, all the Lion enemies have horns sprouting from their nape. It's just that they're always ground off. Either as some sort of punishment or as battle damage! Check the models next time you fight them, it's a really cool detail that gets easily missed due to their flippy moveset!
I think the reason Azash gets to keep them is that he was such a good boy no one at Redmane castle wanted to de-horn him.
@@JudgeNicodemus Wasn’t questioning the normal models having horns, was questioning that Radahn would be prideful of an omen horned lion. He idolised Godfrey and Serosh he wouldn’t parade something TGO saw as abomination.
That tree sentinel fight looks awesome! If I ever get elden ring on a computer, I'll be sure to check out this mod. Great work!
I'm so glad this mod has bosses are are somewhat simple and fit in with the established visuals instead of being super extra like the Convergence bosses.

Fellthorn Spirit HAS to get madness abilities it would sell that boss so well I already love the odk move set it would just make it feel more like an ER boss if it had madness incants and afflictions

Dragon Slayer armour moveset is perfact for tree sentinel, kinda hope there's one for draconic tree sentinel as well
The DS3 influence is very notable, with tree sentinel literaly being dragonslayer armour and the fellthorn spirit looks like a young old demon king
This makes it look like an older souls game and I love it because it looks newer at the same time
Seeing a tree sentinel on foot is terrifying.
I love the tree sentinel off the horse. I feel like it's lore accurate showing how dangerous they are.

These are some REALLY cool boss fights! I like how many of them have arena themed attacks that cover large area's, I feel like that's something I almost never see in boss mods!
The fulminating runebear is actually lore accurate
I would change the song in some of these but the bosses themselves are cool
The third boss, the grave sentinel, is the armor possessed by the butterfly from dark souls 3. with holy damage instead of electricity

This is new Zweihander moveset in Reforged mod. Originally its BKGA moveset from DS 3
hi hi! whats your favourite parry AOW? ive recently started a new prisoner character rocking the rapier+rift shield and wondered if buckler is better or nah
Hi 👋🏻 My favourite is Buckler Parry - it’s unique AoW which is only on Bandit’s class starting buckler. Also you can buy it from Gostoc. Buckler parry is not the best by frames to parry, and not the worst 😃 if you search the best tool for parrying - surely it’s Golden Parry 👌🏻

I use FakeHDR in ReShade and this mod also changes the colors a little 👌🏻

These bosses are nice, although they do kind of pale in comparison to Convergence's. I'd love to see both convergence bosses and these ones tho in a total package mode one day despite that.
While convergence has more visually impressive and unique bosses, this one has more variations of already well liked designs that can make a new playthrough pretty fun!
I wish they gave us a dismounted Night's Cavalry, but either way this mod is amazing.
Well, if you try to skip Stormveil Castle, on the way to Liurnia there is dismounted "Fallen Cavalry" boss fight, but I decided to not add him to the video 😁

Haven't played this mod yet but it looks like the boss move sets are better than in convergence. I found most of the new bosses to just be spammy. Still really good. But very much spam spam spam

Just recently started playing Elden Ring. How do you do that dash/quick step movement?
It’s not from Elden ring, those are from Bloodborne. The author of this video is using a mod to have them
It's feature of this mod. When you have light equip load you dash like in Bloodborne.

Originally it’s dodge from Bloodborne. Having light equip load in this mod makes your rolls look like this 😃

I love how natural they feel in the game and environment. Awesome job with that! I just hope this is like the sneakiest of peeks and that they'll be way more challenging that what is being showcased, cause most seem pretty chill and straightforward to fight...
You won't get how challenging they are until you try it on your own. I just wanted to make showcase of the bosses and not me getting bonked 😂
This video is also on Normal/Reforged difficulty. There are harder options!

It's already integrated in Reforged, it's the Bloodborne dash
Perhaps I misunderstood you.. If you meant the rolls (dashes), it's a feature of this mod. With light equip load your dash is similar to that in Bloodborne.@@thumarkitos15fhaudhuoahu90

Fire Prelates are similar to Smough, butt slam attack and charge 😃
The dismounted Dragonslayer Armor, ahem. Tree Sentinel is neat. Also nice to see Old Demon King get put back in.
Overall, does this mod make the game harder, or easier? Is there more unique content or is it more of the copy/paste bosses that they went with in base game?
It’s huge overhaul. There are few major changes, new combat mechanics like "Sekiro deflect" for example and A LOT of minor changes. There are even special difficulties 😃 check other videos on this mod I made so far, and new ones will be uploaded 👌🏻

I think it's the model from the chaos demons you find in the Undead Settlement and the Carthus Catacombs
The dragonslayer armor moveset on the Tree Sentinel is pretty dope. Makes me want to see a Crucible tree night with Gundyr's moveset

I really wish all of these had been in the base game, they're so well made and fit into the rest of the game seamlessly. Tbh the ones that are replacing bosses are way more interesting and original than their vanilla counterparts

Grave sentinel is just old iron dragon slayer armour
Fun Fact: There is a theory that the Runebears are actually descendants of the dragons. Why? Well, they have the dragon communion eye effect that the player can get. So if somebody wants to create a bunch of Runebear field bosses with the same elements as the named dragons, I would encourage you to do so.
