the lego hands flipping through it was such a nice touch. much appreciated ;)
Nah the name tho😂
Agree!
Yeah, it really lets u feel the scale
yeah but on the smallest one he used an illegal lego thecnique
lol how did i not notice that the first time!?
No way he can draw on that, thats proof of his skill
Exactly!!

The earlier one was small enough, I can’t believe he was able to successfully do this
6:20 as a person who is absolutely obsessed with mini versions of things, you have no idea how much this brings me joy
sameee (btw 21 min ago!!) they’re so cute!
But the amount of pain it gave me when he put the cereal before the milk 😭😭
Right?! And the fact that they actually had contents to pour. So satisfying! 😅❤
@@derivoidalways cereal , then milk. Don’t be silly!
@@TeraGreene1Nah, then the cereal gets soggy quicker
10:35 Love the Zoolander reference 😂. “What is this, a flip book (totally not a center) for ants?”
I think it's really neat how a sheet of paper looks perfectly flat and smooth to the naked human eye, but under a microscope, it looks like a terrain map. I love looking at the microscopic world.
Same!
That’s why we get paper cuts because it’s so ragged
@@Emma_The_Tortoiseshell_Catactually it’s from the edges, not the sheet
I agree!
@@Emma_The_Tortoiseshell_Catthats like saying laying down on cloth is gonna scrap your skin off
You should do a REALLY REALLY big flip book
YESSSS
Maybe you want one bigger, but a few hears ago he made a huge one, its his 2nd most popular video
@@bunnniesi think he meant as in a big paper or a wall
@@mrarivaleeWAIT WHAT IF HE MAKES HIS WALL A FLIP BOOK

i love tiny art. i didn’t get into art school because i didn’t have enough in my portfolio that was large enough to show. this video makes me happy
Are you austrian by any chance?
@@DABSTABIT MY GUYS WILD,BRO GOT THE THIRD REICH FLASHBACKS 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
were you German + Austrian?
NO NO
If you love tiny art then you are going to like whats in my pants
the need to look at something huge rather than the microscopic pages was such a nice touch. like- it shows how we need a change of perspective from time to time. love the work!
I hope he makes it to the Guinness World Records book of 2024, because this is so unbelievably amazing how he managed to get the results usable.
B4os
For real
Agreed.
You have to pay for that most of thr time
ye
DAAAANG the production quality of this video was insane!! Nicely done Andy!
the reason it was so hard to draw a straight line at that scale is because of the paper grain. if you want to try it again, you should try a different paper, the smoothest you can find. a higher grade copy paper is probably good enough, but if not, a lot of european and asian papers are coated, making them much smoother
10:50 i thought you went to go get the milk💀💀
Lol rip💀
That comparison to the penny BLEW MY MIND. Great stuff man as always, thanks for still being such an inspiring creator!
wow
Bro he wants to draw smaller than that 😂😂😂, Will he stop at atomic level or will he go to quantum realm ?😂😂
Yeah
I saw u ❤ that
FINALLY, someone who puts the cereal first, not the milk. You should get an award 🥣
I agree
Fr
What is wrong with you
I’m eating cereal rn
No...whats wrong with YOU@@floppawiththedrip6381
I can’t believe his dedication for the flip books, he’s very talented and passionate about it and it shows!! This is amazing!! ❤️❤️❤️
Next can u do the largest Flipbook in the world?
you know its small when you have to use science to make it💀
Looks like i have to use science for bed😢
AYO WHAT
@@alex-td7on 😨
NOOO THATS NOT WHAT I MEANT😭😭😭@@alex-td7on
Bro what the heck?
You have inspired so many people to become animators by making them create flip books of their own, flip books are the form of traditional hand drawn animation in books without the need of cameras, one of the oldest forms of animation along with Stop-Motion, right before computers created animation softwares like Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, Krita, Source Film Maker, Blender, etc.
Fun Fact: Suprisingly, the limiting factor of human fine motor skills is actually your vision, not your hands!
This looked really hard to do. Making a straight line was probably the hardest for any of the flip books you have ever done in your life.
“I am a perfectionist” 😂😂 *his tie is crooked* 😂
Thanks for the like!
The reason I subscribed lmao
Not only one. But TWO microscopic flip books!! 😱HOW?!
😱😱😱😱😱😱???????????
6:31 ty for putting cereal first 😔 😅

your patience is insane I could never do this great job
This is awesome and adorable. And I could FEEL the intense frustration through the screen. Almost like a sensation of bugs crawling on me and a desire to scream. The dedication is unreal.
I have followed you 6 years ago on your "how to make a flipbook" video. I have to say I am very proud of you! Not only do you have great skills but you have greatly improved in your video editing, love the dramatic cinematics lol
Always looking forward to your next content 😁👍
10:05 had me dying especially when the tree called him dramatic 😂
11:00 you mean
Being near the giant tree was chef's kiss wonderful. 😂❤
@mahdi786003 The dramatic music started around 10 and ended with the tree just after 11. It was sweet little detour, lol.
Plz just don't really pray to trees, ppl. 😁🙏☝
7:36 His skill to draw tiny got better and better till the end frame.
I’ve been watching you since I was young, I love the way you improved so much I’ve introduced so many of my family members to you, you honestly were a big part of my childhood and I’m so happy that your still doing these things! I hope you keep doing what you want to❤
Came and would have stayed for your flipbook alone, but the technicalities and the "dramatic music scene" and all other details made it SO MUCH COOLER! I love your work and your sense and your humour. This was awesome! ❤❤

@andymation i know how much work you gave for our entertainment and delight... not only for making that micro flipbook but the production of the video itself.... the editing, animation, lighting and mostly the "acting" :) Thank you!
Not only do you have patience and talent, but you also have really entertaining content. You just earned a new subscriber. Thank you for this comical and entertaining video ❤
AHHHH the cereal break is SOOO CUTE🥹❤
i got to that part when i read this comment and IKR!!
This Lego figure can flip a flip book better than I can 13:56
8:55 It might be the grain of the paper
Yes!! I was looking for this comment! The drawing is so small that the paper texture its just more noticeable, even with the most steady hand
A great mixing of scientist & artist. True talant.❤
1:39 as a perfectionist, this p!ssed me off
The music vibe is always crucial! Kudos on nailing that flipbook-serious skills!
The level of quality this video has is actually incredible (hope I can edit and film like you one day)
14:07 the Lego holding the flip book was everything.
This is so cool! I am amazed by how much skill and time that took! And getting the lego person to flip it? That's crazy
That is just absolutely mind blowing to me.
@ 1:36 That moment of imperfection was perfect, so your statement still stands. Awesome. Subbed.
ur actually an INCREDIBLE filmmaker and storyteller. such an enjoyable watch and so much effort was put into each frame
the production of the video was epic! that tiny flipbook was so impressive
the amount of skills and patience you have doing this is admirable. i appreciate the Zoolander reference.
😁
dude I used to watch this guy years ago. my guy’s still on the grind, appreciate it.
That was excellent!❤ You have patience!
I think the squizzly line on the mouth actually looked great.
you always impress me! can’t wait to see more videos like this amazing!
I've been watching you for a few years now and I recently bought your flipbook kit and some of your printed flipbooks. You have really inspired me a lot so thank you and keep up the great work!
the amount of effort he puts for these vidoes! new subscriber.
8:29 As a perfectionist as well, I know the pain. It hurts internally throughout my soul.
the reason for being able to draw smoothly one way and not the other has to do with the grain of the paper. if you try to tear paper, you will find that one direction tears more cleanly than the other; the smoother tear is along the grain, the rough tear is against it that is, perpendicular.
THIS IS TALENT
13:38 the reveal
That's sooooo cool! You have resparked my interest and motivation to try animating and drawing again!
This is crazy. Loved the Lego man flipping at the end. Really fun. :)

That’ll do, Andy, that’ll do. 😊❤
Holy moly the editing on this is insane
1:22 I feel ya, brother 🤜🤜✌
I think the reason the lines didn't work out will be the paper's grain direction 9:21
This was SUCH a creative video! Not only is the content presented really amazing but even the video itself with the fourth wall break haha. Thank you for sharing!!
This was a very ambitious project. Well done!!!

You are my OFFICIAL my favorite RUclipsr now, you have quite a passion for Flip books, you did an awesome job on animating for our favorite Laika movies, Boxtrolls, Paranorman, Kubo and the Two Strings, and The Missing Link, it is a shame you are not a part of Coraline, but that film is still amazing, and I just found out that you were also interested in film making, I watched through all of your short films, they are all amazing, my favorites might be "Toast", "Watched Pot", "Cookie", "Mustache", "Weird Ribs Are Swell", and even "Butterfly" which literally has awesome stop-motion in it, they all have awesome stories!!!
I can't believe all his hard work, it's incredible.

Though I was the only one sweeting pebbles
I used to watch this RUclipsr years ago and was obsessed with flip books. I'd make my sticky notes into flip books in class and now I'm learning animation in various ways and got this on my home page on RUclips, watching it makes me so inspired to animate
i cannnottt imagine the level of patience this required and i can literally feel it.... only realised to breathe when he said "i can breath now"
amazing work dude!!!❤❤❤ crazy skilled!
11:12 Soo dramatic. 😮
6:41 Thats not milk lmao
that's my milk wdym
9 months later...
the production quality in just the first two minutes is insane
I think when you had trouble drawing a straight line in that one particular direction, you may have been going against the natural grain of the paper. It doesn't matter too much at normal scale, but at super-dramatic scale, suddenly it interferes with the point's smooth movement.
Bro fed the cereal to the camera 6:46
