We can give thanks to people like this man and Leonardo DaVinci for having insight into the future.

Is it true that that before the industrial revolution, aluminium was more expensive the gold per ounce? Apparently it was so expensive to make it cost so much in energy to make it was super expensive, there was a Roman alchemist who discovered aluminium and showed the Emperor several ingots of it, but it never took off for some reason if I'm not mistaken, er am I?

Who? Paul Cornu? You surprise me. How would an early pioneer of aviation be a worse person than many of the other candidates for the role?

      G'day,
Kobe Bryant ensured his own demise when he tantrumically insisted that his Corporate Charter-Pilot perform a Takeoff into unflyable conditions, in which Bryant's leased Heligoflopter duly went
      "Splat !".
Do NOT blame the Flying Machine when a Nouveau-Riche spoiled Brat demands to be flown to the scene of an avoidable Crash.
It would make much more sense to rail against Professional Sports paying stupid amounts of money to Idiots who are useless at everything which matters in Life - but they affect some skills in timewasting displays of running, jumping, swimming, or kicking and throwing or hitting Balls with a Stick...
As a consequence of banning professional "Sport" there would be measurably lower numbers of cashed-up Ignoramuses who could afford to be able to DEMAND that they be flown to their Deaths, against all qualified Advice.
      As the old saying went,
      "If you have time
      And to spare,
      Then travel
      By
      Air...!"
Because people who insist on attempting to keep "Appointments" by flying to get there, when the Weather is unflyable ; eventually get to explore Crash-Burn-Die Syndrome.
Charlie Darwin called the phenomenon "Evolution".
One notes that Bryant killed his children with the same Ego-fuelled stupid Decisionmaking.
Definitely an Evolutionary manouvre, that one.
      Such is life,
      Have a good one...
      Stay safe.
      Ciao !
