Ingredients:
200 g rolled oats / 2 1/4 cups.
pinch of salt
400 ml hot milk/ plant milk / 1 2/3 cups
2 eggs
40 g erythritol sweetener/ sugar / 1/4 cup
4 g cinnamon / 1 teaspoon
8 g baking powder / 1 3/4 teaspoons.
grease with butter
1 small apple
dried cranberries
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

Watching this for the first time. I realize that I made something very similar every other Sunday. Oats, 2 bananas, flax seed, gluten-free almond flour, maple syrup, cinnamon extract, almond extract, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, apple spice, ground cloves, 2 eggs, raisins, cranberries, and finally Jamaican Meyers rum. bake, poke holes in the final product, sprinkle a little more rum over the top. after it has cooled.
