The required C2 connector was prominently marked something like A2, but upon closer inspection, it was also marked PN C2. I feared the C2 connector was not included with the Michelin Guardian wiper blades from Costco, but they were & this video helped me install them. Between the vague intructions & the connectors having dual markings, I'm sure many with side-lock wipers needlessly return them.
FYI - This video doesn't work for the 2017 Ford Explorer that the video is linked to from the Michelin / Costco website. While this vehicle does not have the traditional J-hook arms (unfortunately) - the hardware (plastic clips) provided with this wiper blade don't have any contact points that latch securely onto the OEM wiper arm. I'll probably be returning these blades to Costco. I've spent an hour on this already for something that should be a 5 minute task. Just bought the car this year, have never seen wiper arms like this before. Will probably buy blades from the Ford Dealer.
This video was linked on Michelin's website for my car. This DOES NOT work for a 2017 Ford Mustang (and possibly 2015+ models). CORRECT adapter is C4 (the one with two C shaped clips at the bottom of the adapter) which works like a charm.
Please sync the names printed on the different covers and adapter with the instructions that come with the wipers. Managed to install these fine on my Side Lock Pontiac G8 by squinting to follow the pictures as none of the adapters are named like the instructions. And the same covers were labelled differently! My driver side was A5-C1 while the passenger side was A5-C2 :-\ The cover called C3 on the instructions used for Top Lock-Narrow Slotted were labelled A2-C2 and A2-C4 in my set, lol
Checked this vid for a Ford Fusion 2016, if you have one use A5 instead of the B connector. Or work out which one fits best - the B connector didn’t fit my car.
If there was a grade for "Less Than Helpful", you guys nailed it. No where in this video does it explain any of the 4 separate connectors included in the product. The provided instructions do not identify any parts included. My 07 Tundra blades are the worst at changing.
You likely have the same wiper assembly as my 2017 Ford Mustang. The correct adapter to use is C4 (the one with two C shaped clips at the bottom of the adapter).
Well I tried and tried and watched the video, then I found out I was over thinking it, you don't slide it up or down just push it into the harm and close the cover, thats it.

I did not ever know how often they needed to be replaced! Thanks so much for keeping us safe!

Worked PERFECTLY on my Volvo wagon. This video rules.

This side lock installation I was directed to does not work on a 2011 Tundra.
I had the same experience, because the C2 connector was not included, as required.
Mine snapped and broke when I snapped it on the arm. One side worked fine. Other side snapped

Very clear and detailed!

Thank you so much. This was super helpful !!
Is this a generic install video or specifically identified to be for my 2011Acura
Old Michelin Design was way better!
Super helpful!
2015 Escape did not work. Highly annoyed.

Didn't work for my 2015 Focus.
Very helpful

Blades and C2 connector does not work on my 2015 Tundra. Connector too narrow. Returning blades to Costco. Cheap prices - Cheap Blades.
Didn’t fit my 2010 528i BMW
Will never buy Michelin again. The package didn't have a C2 cover.
Same! Thought it was only my package so I opened the 2nd one and that one didn't have it either. Guess my ford edge will have to wait 😑
Same here.
This video sucks. It’s too dam dark. Gees.
I don't think this is the right video for a 2013 ford escape
