It's looking delish, Ann. Very hearty and very filling. When you were cutting up the onion, i was saying to myself...omg, i know her eyes are running water. I like onions to cook with, but the only part i hate is them making me cry, lol. I've heard if you cut it with the skin on it won't make you tear up as much, but i have to be able to feel the actual onion without the skin or it'll feel like i'm not really cutting it.
